"Some areas were very dated, could do with an upgrade. However our room was adequate, very spacious with basics, I.e hairdryer, coffee machine (which we couldn't figure out). Bed was extremely comfortable. The biggest let down for us was we were kept awake by the music and singing. It was incredibly loud. We couldn't sleep it was so loud so we turned the TV on, couldn't hear that, all we could hear was the singing and music. I went to reception twice to ask when it would go off, both times I was told it would be off very soon but it wasn't, it went on a lot longer than they said. Even when it went off we couldn't get to sleep for a long time as we were expecting it to start up again. It was good for guests to have entertainment on but not at the expense of guests paying £150 first one night plus £24 first breakfast who couldn't relax in the room."

"Lovely victorian seaside hotel. A stones throw from the front and the shopping street. Room was a decent size and beds comfortable. Breakfast was self service and there was a good choice of cold and hot products -all were good quality. Our only issue was that there was nowhere in the bathroom to keep toiletries however the bathroom did seem newly renovated and they may not have got round to fixing a shelf. We'll certainly stay there in the future"

Amazing
AAnonymous UserI initially thought the countless reviews mentioning Nathan were AI generated, but meeting him in person proved otherwise! The hotel’s interiors and stunning sea view made it an easy choice after a long search for a cozy place to stay. Nathan is genuinely one of the kindest and most hospitable people you could meet, he treats every guest like a friend and goes out of his way to make your stay special. He even recommends the best local restaurants, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is wonderful, but having Nathan there truly made our stay unforgettable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with top notch service. Thank you, Nathan!
GGuest UserThe location is at a crossroad and it is still a bit far away from the seaside on foot. There is a large free parking lot. The accommodation is a separate entrance behind the bar. I like the design of the spiral staircase very British style. The room is exquisite and comfortable with an old small fan. The restaurant downstairs was fully booked. They arranged for us to sit in the corner of the bar for dinner. The products were very good. I personally prefer the decoration and atmosphere of the bar. It was a very pleasant night! The breakfast on the second day is half a la carte, that is, the cold cuts are self-service and the a la carte hot food is still exquisite and delicious😋... Overall very good, especially recommended to friends who want to experience a bar-type hotel!

GGuest UserGreat stay thank you, location was fabulous plus enjoying cocktails with a sea view. Pure bliss.
Tony & Kyle who served our breakfasts were amazing a credit to your hotel.
On a negative our room was so hot.
The ladies toilets were a nightmare as you had to navigate round the toilet to actually sit down because of the sanitary unit being too large - a bug bare of mine.
Looking forward to staying again.
Many thanks.
GGuest UserA lift available to all floors, room was nice and clean, en-suite was also clean and tidy with underfloor heating, which was a nice surprise., reception area was nice and tidy too, shown how to use the front door as it gets locked in the evening. Chose to eat breakfast at the hotel, full breakfast from £8.50p with a vegetarian option, no evening meals available but other hotels near by and some pubs serve food. Saturday morning I went around the Great Orme it really does have fantastic views, benches are dotted around so you can sit and take in the views.
GGG21The location of the hotel is amazing, right above the pier and next to the sea. The hotel itself is quite old and alot of the amenities and room fixtures are broken or under maintenance. The room had a great view but that was it. The balcony door kept banging all night due to wind and there was nothing we could do about it.
GGuest UserI received a nice warm welcome on arrival, and even the offer of assistance with my overnight bag to my room, which I gladly accepted. I stayed in a single room, which was small but spacious enough, well heated, with a good sized TV & nice tray with tea, coffee etc. Bedroom & bathroom were spotless.
Breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of cereals, pastries, fruit, toast & juices, together with a full cooked breakfast which was delicious.
This was excellent value for money in a good location & I will definitely stay here again.
MMun KasimBooked on the during midweek off peak season. Booking confirmed straightaway and they even upgraded our room! Clean and very warm we had to open the windows and use the fan provided. Strong hot shower. Breakfast was simple but enough. Parking is free between 1600H-1000H off street (all around Llandudno I believe so it was convenient). After waking up before breakfast, we went on a stroll along the promenade and up the Happy Valley.
