Anonymous UserI initially thought the countless reviews mentioning Nathan were AI generated, but meeting him in person proved otherwise! The hotel’s interiors and stunning sea view made it an easy choice after a long search for a cozy place to stay. Nathan is genuinely one of the kindest and most hospitable people you could meet, he treats every guest like a friend and goes out of his way to make your stay special. He even recommends the best local restaurants, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is wonderful, but having Nathan there truly made our stay unforgettable. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with top notch service. Thank you, Nathan!

The location is at a crossroad and it is still a bit far away from the seaside on foot. There is a large free parking lot. The accommodation is a separate entrance behind the bar. I like the design of the spiral staircase very British style. The room is exquisite and comfortable with an old small fan. The restaurant downstairs was fully booked. They arranged for us to sit in the corner of the bar for dinner. The products were very good. I personally prefer the decoration and atmosphere of the bar. It was a very pleasant night! The breakfast on the second day is half a la carte, that is, the cold cuts are self-service and the a la carte hot food is still exquisite and delicious😋... Overall very good, especially recommended to friends who want to experience a bar-type hotel!

Lovely victorian seaside hotel. A stones throw from the front and the shopping street. Room was a decent size and beds comfortable. Breakfast was self service and there was a good choice of cold and hot products -all were good quality. Our only issue was that there was nowhere in the bathroom to keep toiletries however the bathroom did seem newly renovated and they may not have got round to fixing a shelf. We'll certainly stay there in the future

A lift available to all floors, room was nice and clean, en-suite was also clean and tidy with underfloor heating, which was a nice surprise., reception area was nice and tidy too, shown how to use the front door as it gets locked in the evening. Chose to eat breakfast at the hotel, full breakfast from £8.50p with a vegetarian option, no evening meals available but other hotels near by and some pubs serve food. Saturday morning I went around the Great Orme it really does have fantastic views, benches are dotted around so you can sit and take in the views.

Guest UserThe hotel is on the seaside and very close to the train station, less than 10 minutes. There are M&S and Costa nearby. The hotel is relatively old-fashioned, but it does not affect your stay. It is clean overall, but the bathing area is a bit small and it takes more than ten seconds to get hot water.

What a lovely stay myself and my 3 year old had. Staff were friendly and helpful and very interactive with my daughter. There was a lovely warm pool that was clean and quiet.
The bar area overlooked the ocean which was wonderful. Our room also overlooked the ocean and was a lovely view. We asked for a quiet room and were given a very lovely quiet room. We were really happy with our stay we would stay again!

Guest UserThe hotel itself is on the Promenade. We found parking opposite the hotel ver convenient and for only £5.40 for 24 hrs.
We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, beds were really comfortable and we had a sea view which was a bonus. Breakfast was about average for a self service, tasty bacon and sausage, and the tea served in a proper teapot was lovely.
The reception staff were very informative and friendly. This hotel mostly caters to coach holidays so I would not say it would appeal to younger people.
There was bingo and entertainment on the 3 nights we stayed which nice for the mainly elderly visitors.
Overall a very good place to stay

I received a nice warm welcome on arrival, and even the offer of assistance with my overnight bag to my room, which I gladly accepted. I stayed in a single room, which was small but spacious enough, well heated, with a good sized TV & nice tray with tea, coffee etc. Bedroom & bathroom were spotless.
Breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of cereals, pastries, fruit, toast & juices, together with a full cooked breakfast which was delicious.
This was excellent value for money in a good location & I will definitely stay here again.

Booked on the during midweek off peak season. Booking confirmed straightaway and they even upgraded our room! Clean and very warm we had to open the windows and use the fan provided. Strong hot shower. Breakfast was simple but enough. Parking is free between 1600H-1000H off street (all around Llandudno I believe so it was convenient). After waking up before breakfast, we went on a stroll along the promenade and up the Happy Valley.
