"Very commerciallised setup with less focus on customer's priorities, very strict to their rules and policies. Rooms are average, really need a good renovation. Their in-house restaurant mehek is good though but the bundled breakfast with stay is not upto the mark."

"place is near to the colva beach. And is max 200 metres from the beach. The veg udupi restraunt sagar kinara is also at the walkable distance from hotel. It also has decent place for parking. Breakfast is unlimited with few selections available. The only drawback you will find is the hotel without lift. you need to even walk through stairs to got to 3rd floor and no intercom facility"
