"Good things first: excellent and highly responsive staff. Right from front desk to housekeeping, everyone is highly attentive, polite and eager to help. We needed a mini fridge in our room (to store temp-controlled medicines, and it was promptly arranged for. Special shoutout to mohit from the restaurant, who took complete care of our meals throughout the entire stay. The food is tasty, fresh and in good quantities. Now for the bad part: the property has no view. We had booked standard rooms, which were tiny and in dilapidated condition. The windows faced the open restaurant area, so we couldn't open the windows at all. There was hardly any furniture in the room, the cupboards didn't close, and the tv and cable unit were precariously hanging from the wall. The walls had dampness. The rooms were so tiny that you open the room and directly jump onto the bed. Overall, do not expect anything in room or view experience from this place. This is a pet-friendly property. If you just need a quite place for a night, it might work for you. Room photos on the property page are kind of misleading (probably clicked when the property was new/freshly painted)"

"Nice property...clean rooms..Food costs are exorbitant..For use of all recreation facilities, you need to buy the Adventure Day Pass..Not only do the restaurants charge service tax of 5%, the hotel charges another 5% on the room bill at the time of check out..."

"The hotel is definitely not 5-star. Name of hotel added Marriott because of which I booked it. Please don't mislead people. I was inside the room, and outside, there was the noise of so many people and children. It was looking like I was staying in a fish market not 5 star hotel. I could not sleep in the afternoon. When I checked in the afternoon, the whole gallery on the 3rd floor was smelling. People have kept half-finished food on a plate outside their room. Please ask the hotel to teach people staying there some manners. The lift had so much water that someone might have used the swimming pool and then used the lift. In my room, the handwash and lotion box were empty, no plastic bags in the dustbin. Overall, there was a serious hygiene issue."
