In front of this entrance is a 100 year old oak tree, under which there is a swing sofa with comfortable pillows. In the garden of the apartment there are also wrought iron chairs, four deck chairs, a grill and an outdoor shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed and a fireplace and on the left you will find the well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, gas oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, toaster and both Italian mocha and filter coffee machines. Between the fireplace and the cooking area is a table for 8 people. From the living room you can go to the covered terrace, under the shade of the green chestnut tree, ideal for alfresco dining, to the terrace, which is furnished with a marble table and wrought-iron chairs and a sofa with comfortable pillows.
