"Extremely satisfied with our Kamakura hotel booking! We were torn between two options, but since we were traveling with a child, we opted for this one due to its more convenient location. The lobby's aesthetic, coupled with the lush greenery in the atrium, created a wonderfully peaceful (落ち着く) atmosphere. Our room was also spacious and very clean, especially the bathroom, which had a great wet/dry separation and a makeup mirror – I absolutely loved it. There's a convenience store right next door, a drugstore across the street, and the hotel itself has a cafe. Plus, just a short walk away, there's a Michelin-starred ramen place and a delicious tempura restaurant. The more I write about it, the more I want to go back!"

"Important heads-up! There are no laundry facilities, and check-in is only available from around 3 PM.
I initially booked a Sagami Bay room but found the floor too low, so I upgraded to a Hollywood room. Just look at the photos for the view – this is hands down the best hotel for ocean views in Shichirigahama, and indeed, all of Kamakura.
The hotel's swimming pool is quite clean, but since it's located at a high elevation right by the sea, it can get very windy.
The hotel also offers reasonably priced massage services, costing around 250 RMB for a 30-minute session.
For guests arriving from Shichirigahama, I recommend taking the hotel's shuttle bus, which provides direct pick-up and drop-off. If you choose not to take the shuttle, make sure to check online guides for directions to the elevator to avoid an uphill climb."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, just a 3-minute walk from Kamakura Station. The breakfast is a set meal, and while the variety is a bit limited, the tomato soup is absolutely delicious! The overall decor has a green, nature-inspired theme, which unfortunately means it attracts insects easily. The biggest issue in the room is a step right at the entrance, which is a tripping hazard. There are no other tea bags, coffee, or water provided in the room. Its main advantage is definitely the location – it's a 5-minute walk to Komachi-dori, and it's great for a morning stroll around the neighborhood."

"This Sotetsu hotel is right outside Ofuna Station and very close to the Grand Ship shopping center, which houses a Life supermarket, making shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel's linen was very clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. Breakfast was a Ueshima Coffee set meal; the grilled toast was delicious, though the coffee was just okay. From Ofuna Station, it's only a little over ten minutes by monorail to Enoshima. There's a Bookoff nearby, perfect for picking up collectibles, and right next to it is Ito-Yokado. You'll also find plenty of dining options in every direction around the hotel. Overall, if you're visiting Kamakura, staying in Ofuna is a really smart choice."

__WeChat41231****The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. They were always willing to help and even stored our luggage for us until the evening! The location is incredibly convenient, just a five-minute walk to Ofuna Station, which makes it incredibly easy to travel to both Kamakura and central Tokyo. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and ice machine. The local residents were also very friendly, and we felt completely safe walking to the convenience store at night. Highly recommend!

Ssj1403This Japanese-style hotel offered spacious rooms. However, we encountered some issues: a spider found its way into our room, and even worse, my friend caught a very large cockroach in their closet. This made me quite uneasy sleeping on the tatami, as I couldn't help but worry about bugs crawling on me. On the positive side, the location is excellent; it's just a 5-minute walk to Enoden Yuigahama Station, and Yuigahama Beach is a mere 400 meters away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around.

GGuest UserI really like the location that Yuigahama is close. It's just the right size to spend alone, and the amenities are fashionable and substantial. It's nice to be able to drink coffee on the water server. Unfortunately, the bathtub and the washroom are not separate, and when I come to such a place, I still want to relax in the bath, and it is very very disappointing that the bathtub cannot be filled with hot water. I wish I had a public bath nearby. After that, towels and bed sheets were a little damp. As with us, when drying with a drum dryer, it seems to have been dry at that time, but it is not dry enough, and I think it is better to extend the drying time a little more.

Self-check-in and check-out, a few minutes walk from Jiangzhi Electric Yaoyue Station and Jiangzhidao Station. It is recommended to get off at Jiangzhi Island. There are many foods around and there are two large supermarkets. There is a temple nearby, and the tram at the entrance of the temple is very popular. If you don't receive the room door password, you can call the landlord at the door. The landlord's attitude is very nice. Recommended stay.

MM31765****A very nice guesthouse. Each person gets a small, clean, and comfortable room. The owner, Ah Mao, is South Korean and has lived in Japan for seven years. He speaks Korean, Japanese, English, and a little Cantonese and Mandarin. Ah Mao is very nice; we can chat and eat together on the sofa downstairs in the evenings. He shares food and we play together. There's a small garden on the balcony where you can smoke. I stayed here for two out of my three days in Kamakura and thoroughly enjoyed myself. We even had a BBQ at the guesthouse on my last night. Very nice.

The boss is a warrior, so I was shocked when I saw him. I thought he was watching the Magic Saint Altar Fighter, but he didn't watch it. It is recommended for males to travel alone. It is not recommended for couples to live together!

YYinchanchanchanIt is very close to the station and Hasedera Temple. But it feels like the only advantage. The dormitory has an iron bed without even a bed curtain. Not only is it very noisy, but the mattress is also very thin. It feels like you are sleeping directly on the iron frame, and you feel very uncomfortable when you wake up. I have to wait until all my roommates come back before I can turn off the lights and go to bed. Unfortunately, the last person to come back last night didn’t even turn off the lights, which disturbed my sleep. The toilet was not very clean and had moths. This is probably the worst youth hostel experience. I feel like the business owner doesn't run the business with any care. Most services require additional charges, such as toothbrushes, towels, slippers and luggage storage.

AAmmmmmberrrRoom view is same as photo show, is traditional homestay so didn’t have private toilet. The way to washroom and bathroom will have warmer but after bath will be very cold in winter. Is super nearby to Kailua station and opposite is one of the famous spot, Komachi St.

But the bathroom space is really a bit too small, and there are no shelves to store things, which is not very convenient.
