Nagasaki City Hotels with Wifi

"Location-wise, the hotel is conveniently right in front of the Ohato Station of the Nagasaki tramway system, and is a very walkable distance away from many attractions including Dejimamachi, Nagasaki Shinchi Chinatown, and the Nagasaki Seaside Park. The cleanliness of the room and hallways was excellent and the front desk receptionists were kind and welcoming. The coin laundry room has 4 washing machines and 4 dryers (as of Sept 2025; do note that the coin laundry room feels like a free sauna when at least 4 machines are running), the wifi for guests worked consistently, and the smoke-free policy meant that no areas smelled of smoke. The air conditioning for the rooms was sufficiently cool, the lighting control and mini alarm clock by the bed worked well, and overall the room felt very cozy and comfortable to stay in. Because the single room has a relatively narrow entrance walkway, try to avoid bringing multiple pieces of large luggage as there may not be space to open them at the same time. I greatly enjoyed my stay here (especially it being my first solo trip), and would book it again if returning to Nagasaki in the future."

"Location is excellent. Less than 5 mins walk to mall and JR station. Service by front desk is impeccable. The front desk is most helpful with the check in and assisted us with our carpark parking validation many times as we drive in and out often. A male staff took a map and show us the restaurants nearby where we can have our meals. On our check out day; he even offer to help us take photos and assisted with our luggages."

"Great hotel, next to the Shinkansen station. Unfortunately no English speaking reception. Amenity bar is good and very clean. Only the bed is so small; you can’t call this a 2-personsbed! When they clean all rooms, they use the hallway for all linen and cleaning stuff, a bit unprofessiona"

"Stayed one night in this hotel, the interior is new and clean. The mini self service cafe at the reception is very welcoming, they even provide take away cup for guests to bring the coffee/tea to the room, I find this is a thoughtful gesture. This hotel has good variety of amenities, the room is compact and functional, good for solo travelers. There is a microwave in the room to heat up the food, and humidifier at the common area if you ever needed one. I personally like the public bath a lot, especially the outdoor pool. The room has the body wash and shampoo, other toiletries can be self service from the reception. Not forget about the location, just a stone throw away from 2 tram stations, basically you could travel around Nagasaki from these 2 tram stations. One thing worth mentioning is, the bus no 5 that goes to Inasa-yama park cable care and slope care station, is just few minutes from the hotel, which is a pleasant surprise and saves me a lot of time when I was trying to find my way to the park. Overall, I had a pleasant stay in this hotel, highly recommend it!"

The Hamamachi shopping district and Shinchi Chinatown are also within easy walking distance, making it incredibly convenient for shopping sprees or savoring local delicacies like Nagasaki Chawanmushi and sushi. The guest rooms are equipped with practical amenities, including air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. A thoughtful touch is the option to request daily housekeeping service directly via the TV. The beds are comfortable, and some room types offer ample space, ensuring families don't feel cramped. The 24-hour front desk staff are communicative and provide warm service, promptly addressing guest inquiries such as parking directions and transportation advice for sightseeing. "I stayed at this hostel while traveling solo. It was my first time staying at a hostel, and it was much cleaner than I expected. First of all, the bedding was neatly organized, with no trash or leftover cleaning, so I was able to rest just like I would at a regular hotel. The shower room was shared, but everyone seemed to keep it clean, so it wasn't unpleasant. There were plenty of amenities available. The lounge on the 8th floor was a great place for people to chat and I felt it was a great place to connect with people in a foreign country. They also provided alcohol sprays, so it didn't look like it had been soiled by the previous user, and it felt very clean. I would definitely stay here again. The clothes hanger attached to the bed in my shared room had been taken by a foreigner, including my own. I think this is something that individuals should be aware of, but I think it would have been nice to have a sign to make it clearer."

"We are coming with family occupied two rooms. Front office staff are very nice and arrange us on the same floor. The rooms are big enough to open two large suitcases. The double bed is so huge that can sleep three people. The only complaint is the car park arrangement, this information need to post in the website for us to aware in advance as the carpark is not on the same building and there is no space to park the car for unloading the luggages. The front office staff only tell us we cannot drive through the building at that time cars cannot enter. We need to park to two designated parking areas which make us in a hurry to drive away the car."

"The room facilities are brand new. Each floor has an ice maker, and a microwave is conveniently available on the ground floor. It's located near a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven, and just a 5-minute walk from the tram station. There's even an eggplant ramen shop nearby. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay here."
