"3/Apr/2026 Reception is helpful even though we arrived at 11am, she helped to store our luggages snd gave full explanation. Close to Sendai station but aware of losing direction so be sure to ask local for direction first when heading to hotel. Breakfast is excellent and those ladies worked in the canteen were professional. Quiet and sleep well. Lots of amenities were placed near the elevator at G/F. Lucky that day were sunny so using the Loople bus to get around but the next day (4/Apr/2026 Unfortunately it rained and getting cold at Matsshima"

"At JR Sendai Station, close to the East Exit and easy access to the Shinkansen floor, altough there is still a small walk. The lounge is quite nice too. I arrived half an hour early and the front staff said my room is ready so they let me up. Thank you for the flexibility! Room is bigger than your average jp size and the bath is especially nice! With bath salt and massage nozzle and everything."

"Everyone especially cleaning workers polite & helpful. Room small but locution great & toilet well equipped & clean. Lots of restaurants around. The local market nearby is a must-go. One minus though, counter staff can't easily understand our requests. Sendai is a great place but English is not a common tool for communication."

"The hotel's location is excellent; it's right by the Kōtōdaikōen subway station. Across the street, you'll find Mitsukoshi Department Store and a shopping arcade, making dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel room was a decent size, and overall cleanliness was good, though the windowsill had some dust when I checked in, perhaps due to a rushed cleaning. Also, there was no air purifier in the room. Overall, it's still quite good. The front desk staff were very friendly, and breakfast was nice too."

"We went to Sendai for last three years and we stayed at this hotel for at least three to five days. Nevertheless, no loyalty credit has been given. We booked a room at the last date we left Sendai (ie 2-3 Dec) and lastly we changed our mind to stay tat this hotel for two more days (ie 30 Nov to 2 Dec). When we asked if we could stay at the same room from 30 Nov to 3 Dec but not staying at the corner room, the hotel replied either we had to upgrade the room we booked for 30 Nov to 2 Dec by paying extra JPY4,000 or downgrade the room we booked on 2-3 Dec. 「No refund」was offered for any downgrading, thus we had no choice but paying extra JPY4,000. When entered into the room, we saw some rubbish on the floor, we went down to the reception immediately, in the lift, one of receptionists was with us, we intended to tell her about the cleanliness of the room but she didn’t make any response, seemed that it was none of her business. We showed the vedio regarding the rubbish to the receptionist and asked to change the room. He replied no available room for the change and no helper could help us to clean the room. At last, the receptionist came up and pick up the rubbish. No offer to clean up the room next day but sticking to the hotel’s rules to clean the room every three days. We were very unsatisfied with the hotel services and concerned about the cleanliness of the hotel."

"The hotel is conveniently located just right outside of the train station (shinkansen west exit) and it’s linked to the shopping malls that are around the stations. The bus stops are just below as well, good if you are taking a bus out or if you joined day trips departing from Sendai. The hotel is also very comfortable and the hotel staff are very friendly."

"The hotel is quite nice, about a 10-minute walk from the station, which is convenient for shopping. Mitsui Department Store is nearby, just across the street. The hotel has a large public bath, which is great for a relaxing soak after a day out. Just try to avoid peak hours."

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated how the bath and luggage storage areas were separate from the capsule area, which made for a much quieter and more restful stay compared to other similar facilities. There were also plenty of showers, sinks, and hairdryers, so I never felt like it was crowded. Another nice touch was that each guest received their own bath mat. This kept the changing rooms clean and dry, which was a pleasant surprise. My only minor complaint was that my capsule felt a bit cold. Even with thermal underwear under the provided loungewear, I woke up in the middle of the night because of the chill. It would be even more comfortable if blankets were available for rent or if the room temperature could be adjusted."

"A very comfortable stay. The hotel is close to Sendai Station and there are several carparks nearby. It was also very convenient to have a FamilyMart next to the lobby on the ground floor. The laundry area is quite small and would have been nicer if there were more machines available. The dryer was unfortunately not very efficient. Service was great and the hotel was very clean. Rooms were of a good size. Would return."

"It was located walking distance from JR Sendai Station, the area is rather quiet since its at the East area side from the station, the staff were really attentive and helpful, room condition definitely meets every expectation well, especially clean and new. Definitely recommend this hotel without doubt. There is one time we lost a piece of socks from the laundry room, they were able to found it and return it to us. Very grateful to the receptionist and staff(namely加藤) found the lost socks."
