"I went on a 2-day business trip to Utop Marina Hotel in Yeosu, and it was such a pleasant experience. The hotel offered a free cocktail and a complimentary yacht tour, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The view of the marina was beautiful, and everything was relaxing from start to finish. Highly recommend it for both business and leisure trips!"

"I booked this hotel for the proximity to the KTX expo train station and the ocean view. Even though I had booked for an ocean view room, the room they gave me had an obstructed view, not really a true ocean view like other hotels in Yeosu! Very disappointing!"

"First off, the best value for money!! If I go to Yeosu again, I will go back!! I have been to Yeosu several times with my two sons, one in 6th grade and the other in 8th grade, but not only is it hard to find a double-bed room, but the prices are also expensive ㅠ But on this trip, I found Ocean Hill A clean place where you can relax comfortably!! Ocean Hill offers the best value for money!! Also, the view from the room is absolutely amazing~~ - (I was a bit greedy) The cleanliness was a little disappointing - It was a bit disappointing that the towels were black - It was a shame that children could only use the top-floor pool until 6 PM (I found this out when checking in at 4:30 PM, so I gave up on swimming on this trip)"

"The location is excellent, allowing you to experience the Yeosu sea itself, and I believe the atmospheric and clean concept of the accommodation is unrivaled in Yeosu. It is a place where a satisfying view unfolds even if you just order an iced Americano at the lobby cafe. Perhaps because it is not yet well-known, it wasn't crowded, and I had a truly pleasant stay."

"The hotel with an ocean view overlooking the cable car was amazing. The cruise discounts were a great bonus too. However, due to its location, if you leave the windows open in the morning, you'll hear hammering noises every morning, probably from ship maintenance. If you're looking for the sound of the ocean or a natural breeze, you'll have to wake up as soon as you open the windows in the morning. The pool is a bit small, which made me hesitant to use it, and when the hotel was fully booked, the parking lot was so cramped that I had to park on the street. While it's a great value-for-money accommodation, it does have some drawbacks."

"The facilities were incredibly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The room was spotless, and the sauna was meticulously maintained by a staff member who constantly cleaned the fixtures. It’s the first time I've seen a sauna without a single hair! The cypress wood bath in the sauna smelled wonderful and was so refreshing. I used the sauna both on the evening of my arrival and the next morning – I wish there was a discount for repeat use! After the sauna, there are massage chairs on the same floor with an ocean view, and best of all, they're free! I lost count of how many times I used them. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. Some reviews mentioned a lack of variety, but I found it to be very substantial. They had Yeosu specialties like *gat-kimchi* and *gejang* (marinated crabs), along with other local dishes, and everything was delicious without being overly seasoned. It really made me feel like I was truly in Yeosu. Overall, the service was excellent. When I called the front desk about food waste from my late-night snack, they promptly came to collect it. And at checkout, I even received a cute cookie! Staying at Hidden Bay reminded me of some regional hotels in Japan. It truly feels like a hotel firmly rooted in local character. Thanks to this, I had a truly wonderful and relaxing time, and I'll definitely be back when I visit Yeosu again. (This is a genuine review from my own pocket!)"

"I booked for 2 adults and 2 children through Trip.com, but there was no information given during check-in. We noticed we were short on bedding after contacting the front desk, using the pool, and having dinner, only to find there was bedding for just one person when we were about to sleep. I called the front desk at 10:30 PM to ask why there was only one set. The person didn't seem to understand, and after explaining the check-in situation and saying there was only one set, they suddenly transferred me to another staff member, which was a bit disconcerting. It was inconvenient to explain again, so I went to the front desk at 10:40 PM. They showed me the reservation status, which indicated 4 adults. It's ridiculous, though – if it's 4 adults in a queen-size room, shouldn't they confirm at check-in that two sets of bedding would be provided? And if the Trip.com reservation doesn't match the resort's reservation, shouldn't they clarify and provide the correct bedding? I returned to the front desk at 10:40 PM, paid for the extra bedding and additional person, and was told the bedding would be delivered. I waited for about 30 minutes, but it never came, so I called the front desk again. The staff member said the previous person had already left and that they were in charge of resort security (?), and provided the bedding 5 minutes later. It's not like I didn't pay for the bedding, and the staff member said they would provide it, so I waited for 30 minutes late at night with my children. When I asked, I was told they just went home. This trip was ruined by the resort's complacent response. The pillow among the belatedly provided bedding was so hard that my wife got a stiff neck and suffered the next day. It's truly bitter. I'm uploading screenshots as I only have videos."

"The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The location is amazing with the bridge and Seaview. It's nearby expo, just 10 min by taxi. The staff were very friendly, helpful and they speak very good English."

"Being by the harbor rather than in the city center, it's very quiet. Plus, there's a large park within walking distance, which is great for a stroll. The views of Yeosu Bridge and the night sea of Yeosu are absolutely fantastic. The accommodation itself was clean and spacious, and the service was excellent. Having Lotte Mart nearby was convenient for groceries, and Hamo-hamo Eel Street was just a 5-minute drive away, which was fantastic. I highly recommend this place!"
