"It's pretty clean and stuffy, but the staff comes home from work after 10pm, so there's a lot at the front desk.
There was no one there. The parking lot was small, so I parked in the public parking lot across the street, but it was raining and I had to unload my luggage, but it was very inconvenient because it was across the street."

PPatrickGreat hotel with international standards. The staff were bilingual and also assisted us swiftly when we called them. Very disappointed on the opening hours of the pool which made it impossible for us to go swimming, one of the reasons why we went there.

The service of the staff was particularly good.
For men's sauna, there was a pity that there was no cold bath,
Instead, cold waterfall water shower was available.
It's winter, so the sun rises late,
If you want to have a sauna with an ocean view in a male sauna
It's dark if you go early in the morning, and it's bright until 8 o'clock.

Perhaps because it is the off-season and the price is high (it was 30,000 won more expensive than the Venezia where I stayed the day before), there were so few guests that the breakfast buffet wasn't operating, which was a shame. I hope they offer a buy-one-get-one-free deal on vacant rooms or a significant discount. The view, however, is truly incomparably fantastic.

GGuest UserOverall, it is a clean and spacious room. The best advantage is the ocean view. It is located away from the downtown area, so you can stay quietly. It was a very suitable space as a resting place in between trips. I am satisfied. There is a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and various shops around the nearby apartment complex are close, so there is no inconvenience in food delivery and purchasing necessary items.

GGuest UserI had booked the Kalakada Hotel, but they moved me to the Lala Terrace Resort during the off-season. The room was warm and the bedding was nice. However, the complimentary coffee mix didn't come with a tea spoon, so I had to stir it with a bag. The bathroom fan sounded almost like a helicopter. The off-season requires even more attention to the bathroom environment.

GGuest UserThis was a nice place to stay with a wonderful view. Though you have to be aware it is not close to the main touristic attractions. Moreover, the building is quite old and you shouldn’t expect perfect cleanliness. Indeed, I would have appreciated the hot tub to be cleaned before we arrive, and there were some cobwebs on the mezzanine. With such a wonderful view, it’s too bad that the windows are not well cleaned either. Last negative point, the ”curtains” don't block out the light so you shouldn’t be too sensitive if you expect to sleep in the morning.
Regarding positive sides, beside the view and quiet location, the fully equipped kitchen is really convenient. You can also control the heating system which is very efficient to warm up the whole room. The electric heated blanket was very comfortable in winter as well!
I guess you get what you can expect for this price!
