Perhaps because it is the off-season and the price is high (it was 30,000 won more expensive than the Venezia where I stayed the day before), there were so few guests that the breakfast buffet wasn't operating, which was a shame. I hope they offer a buy-one-get-one-free deal on vacant rooms or a significant discount. The view, however, is truly incomparably fantastic.

GGuest UserIt was fun to sleep on the floor with friends for the first time. The entrance to the hotel is a little difficult to find in the alley. When I arrived, I hadn't arrived at the check-in time. The lobby sat for a while, and the boss said that I could stay. I walked into the air-conditioned room floor and lay down. Lishui actually has a good overall accommodation. We are satisfied with the price. There are convenience stores nearby. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the station and 12 minutes to Li Yanchen Square.

GGuest UserIt is said that this is the only five-star hotel in Lishui. The service is very considerate, the facilities are good, and the view from the room is great. The breakfast tastes good. The location is just across the road from the scenic spot.

GGuest UserOverall, it is a clean and spacious room. The best advantage is the ocean view. It is located away from the downtown area, so you can stay quietly. It was a very suitable space as a resting place in between trips. I am satisfied. There is a convenience store right in front of the hotel, and various shops around the nearby apartment complex are close, so there is no inconvenience in food delivery and purchasing necessary items.

The airport, port, etc. were about １０ by taxi, and it was convenient because convenience stores, restaurants, Daiso, etc. were nearby.

GGuest UserEverything was good. However, I made a reservation because of the swimming pool, but found out that it was not operating until I arrived. I also found out that the cost of accommodation has dropped significantly compared to the price I booked in March. I inquired with the hotel, but all I heard was that there was no change, and I think there was a problem with Trip.com's guidance as well.
If you plan to use the swimming pool, be sure to check it out. I was told by the hotel that at this time they cannot anticipate an operating schedule, even in the summer.

EEduardNew, clean hotel. Room service at level. Silence throughout the hotel. Breakfast in the restaurant needs to be cooked by itself, which adds a home atmosphere. In general, we recommend for a quiet, solitary rest.
