"It was a pleasure staying at Hotel Anika Kluang again 😊 This was my second stay. This time i was assigned to the top floor unlike my previous room which was on a lower floor. The room faced the opposite direction, the view was much better than last time. A huge thank you to the hotel team for meeting all my needs !👍"

"The services were good. When we need can request for buggy services. In the room, the dustbin on the makeup counter is too small. Safety on mountain water swiming pool need to be enhanced. There is no sign on the depth of the pool, and no holding bar for elderly to hold on. Besides, there are too many staircase around, not friendly to older peoples."

"Kluang is a small town, so this hotel with its personal touch left a great impression on us. The designer father and son owners were exceptionally welcoming, recommending many great food spots and interesting places to visit. The local Chinese people are kind and simple, which we really liked. The hotel itself is well-designed, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy. I highly recommend staying here for a night."

"The Deluxe King room is large and comfortable and more space than the standard room. It also has a large toilet/shower. There is no bin the toilet, had to use the one bin in the bedroom. There are some amenities such as toothbrushes and soap but hidden in a small black tray in the corner of the long table below the TV, under the mineral bottles. If room is not bright because the curtains are not fully drawn, you would miss it which happened to my group. We booked 4 rooms and none of us knew there were toothbrushes provided, some of us went out to buy. One of us only discovered the existence of the tray the next day! Also, there are 2 TV controls and no instructions on the back of the controls nor in the room on how to operate the controls; one is for switching tv on/off only and one for controlling channels/sound. Had to approach the counter staff who then came into the room to explain. It would be much more pleasant experience if the counter staff just give a mention about where these things or how to work them at the time we were checking-in, and Before we have to ask. On the Sat night, there was some disco music playing from a distance away where the sound is not audible but the base beat-by-beat vibrations could be felt in the air even though all the windows were shut and locked down, and this went on the WHOLE night and gave me a poor sleep. I was surprised why this happened as I chose this hotel because many reviews from guests say the Milano hotel has good sound-proof rooms. I later discovered gaps in my windows even when they are shut and the gaps are not filled-up/sealed in room 208! Thankfully, the horrible music did not play on the Sunday night. I could put up with the other inconveniences which are minor, but if there were to be sound disturbances throughout the night, having the gaps in the windows was disappointing. Positive side, I like the availability of water to top up our tumbler at the front office area, besides the 2 bottles of mineral water in the room."

"Overall, the stay was ok. The hotel being long time ago (seems to be the first hotel with elevator in Kluang) While the ceiling and walls appear to have been repainted, the carpet seemed a bit musty. The room is spacious but basic in setup. The shower is acceptable as the water pressure not fantastic. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi doesnt seem to login, so just rely on data. parking is just right outside the hotel."

"Old, simple, very basic, budget hotel. There is a coffee shop that is open in the morning, just 1 door away, along the main street. For dinner, you will have to walk slightly further away, towards the train station to get a large variety of stalls to choose from. This hotel does not have vehicle parking. You will have to park your car across the street in a paid parking area."

"We went to Kluang for some work, and the work couldn't be completed in one day, so we booked the hotel room on the same day of check in. We have got good price thru trip.com even though late booking. The room was very clean and neat. Toilet was also clean with good water pressure. The staff were friendly. Nice hotel with good location, near to a lot of eateries"

"For this kind of low price, for me this is very suitable for a short travel. Plus, I dont have to go far places to search a restaurant as the restaurant below the hotel, I would give 8.5 out of 10 for the taste. Near to the hotel, it is near to a shop and there is mini zoo about 3 minutes from there. The best about the mini zoo is the animal there are very tame. Suitable for adult and also kids."
