"The hotel is a bit old, but the service really makes up for it. The pickup driver was incredibly friendly and even waited for us to finish a cigarette before we left. The front desk staff were very professional and polite, answering all our questions. They helped us call a taxi for our departure, writing down the taxi number and price on a note. What would have cost over 50 on Trip.com, they got for me for 6 Malaysian Ringgit. Truly commendable. The breakfast place next door wasn't anything special and was overpriced; I'd rather stick with the hotel's simple breakfast."
