"I booked this hotel to try it out, as it had just opened. At the time of my stay, the hotel had only been open for about four weeks. During check-in and check-out, I was served exclusively by English-speaking staff, even though we were in the Netherlands. The building itself is very impressive and offers plenty of parking, some of which is still under construction. Overall, my first impression of the hotel was very positive. However, upon arriving in my room, I discovered that none of the windows could be opened. For me personally, this is a definite deal-breaker. While the large, floor-to-ceiling windows look very high-quality, they cannot be opened. Instead, there is an air conditioner, which is unfortunately difficult to adjust. The room temperature was uncomfortable for me at night, which is why I slept rather poorly. On the plus side, you really can't hear anything from outside – the exterior insulation is excellent. However, the interior walls appear to be of lightweight construction. As a result, you can hear the neighbors on both sides quite clearly. There is no street noise, but noises from the neighboring rooms are noticeable. The floor is covered with vinyl, but there are no carpets in the room. This makes the room a bit noisy. The TV channels were apparently not yet fully set up. Dutch channels were missing, but there were German and Arabic programs. The room has a safe and a refrigerator, as well as a kettle for making coffee or tea. The wardrobe is simply designed. However, the safe is located at the very bottom of the wardrobe, at floor level. You really have to kneel down or almost lie on the floor to get to it. I can imagine guests easily forgetting things in it when checking out. The restaurant makes a very good impression, as does the breakfast room. The latter is sunny and has a nice, large terrace. The staff there were Dutch-speaking and very friendly. However, I didn't have breakfast there for personal reasons. Overall, I would describe the hotel as a solid four-star basic hotel. It's certainly well-suited for a simple overnight stay or for a park-sleep-and-fly concept. Personally, I wouldn't book again, as having a window that can be opened is very important to me. However, that doesn't mean other guests can't have a very comfortable stay. I wish the hotel and the OZO Group all the best."

"Just arrived Schiphol and decide to stay a night before going home. Very convenient from Hoofddorp train station. Around 5 mins walk. Check in experience is a little waiting since only one person working. Check out is super smooth. Thank you all the staff working for us! The room is perfectly good."

"Last weekend, I took a trip to central Amsterdam, and it felt like stepping into a postcard. The air was crisp, carrying the scent of freshly baked stroopwafels and roasted coffee from the cafés lining the narrow streets. I wandered along the canals, their calm waters reflecting rows of gabled houses in shades of brick and pastel. Cyclists glided past effortlessly, bells chiming as they weaved between tourists and locals. At Dam Square, the hum of street performers mixed with the chatter of people from all over the world. Later, I visited the Anne Frank House, a sobering yet powerful reminder of history, before ending the day with a boat tour at sunset—the city glowing in golden light, bridges lit like necklaces over the shimmering water."

"This hotel is located near the airport in the Netherlands, offering a free shuttle bus service every half hour, which is super convenient – just follow the signs. The hotel itself is clean and hygienic, but what truly impressed me was the service. We almost missed our flight due to a train mix-up. We contacted the hotel through Trip.com to retrieve our stored luggage, and they responded quickly and handled everything perfectly. We made our flight with just three minutes to spare, avoiding any travel disruptions. I really appreciate their help; it warmed my heart."

"Near the Schiphol airport. Just 1 train stop away. Staff are kind and efficient. We were able to check in early for only 10 euros. Breakfast is delicious. The room is big enough with a kettle, cups, glasses, coffee, and tea. There's an iron, an ironing board, and a hair dryer. You can also leave your suitcases safely. Parking is free too. We had great stays and will for sure stay again in the future. Thank you."

"Great and beautiful hotel. The one thing that I wasn’t satisfied with were the lack of amenities. The description on the page mentions most of the basic items like toothbrush/toothpaste but neither of them were for free at the hotel. Same goes for the lack of free hotel slippers that I basically expect from most hotels. Other than that nothing really to add. Would go again but with more preparation."

"Good hotel, convenient location for those who need to stay for one night. The room is small, but cozy and clean. All necessary amenities are there, comfortable bed. The room is very quiet, despite the fact that the airport is nearby. You can have a good rest after the road. I recommend it."

"Just got off the plane and luckily caught the shuttle bus. The driver was really nice and waited for us. The hotel itself was pretty standard. The room was a bit small and felt a little dusty, but the bathroom was huge! One of the faucets was broken, though. We had to ask the front desk to borrow a kettle. There's a McDonald's right outside, and a bus stop nearby that goes into the city, so overall it's not bad. However, there are no convenience stores nearby, so if you need a late-night snack, you'll have to buy it in the city beforehand."

"I enjoyed my stay, we arrived early and we were able to check in. Rooms were ok, twin beds, shower, tea station. There was a blow dryer in the room also, everything worked fine. Great location 10mins walk from the train station, one stop away by train to the airport and about 25 mins to Amsterdam Central. Breakfast was good also pastires, breads, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs and beans and then fruit and cold meats."
