"Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. It is an old hotel, with some new furniture. Bathroom still feels old and does need renovation, however the room is spacious and comfortable. Good prices of drinks, didn't try the cocktails but am tempted to return and try them ;)"

"Just got back from a fantastic stay at the Aroeira Lisbon Hotel - Sea & Golf, and honestly, we had a blast! 😊 What really made our stay special was the people. The staff here are seriously amazing; genuinely friendly, warm, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. I need to give a massive thank you to everyone: Front Desk Crew: You guys were superstars, always helpful and smiling. Seriously, everyone we met was lovely. The Drivers: So helpful getting us to the beach and shops. Thank you for the restaurant recommendations and happy conversations. My son and daughter really loved you guys. Kitchen and Restaurant Team:The food was great, and the hospitality was top-notch. It felt like everyone, no matter their role, was happy to help with anything we needed. Need info? Done. Extra towels? Here you are. Special kid meal delivered in the night? No problem. Just a friendly chat? Absolutely! Plus, the amenities are awesome!We tried to take advantage of as much as we could (that pool! the grounds! the beach nearby!), and it was all super easy to access. Honestly, it was just a really smooth, fun, and welcoming experience from start to finish. Big thumbs up from the whole family, especially the kids! Although it’s about a 30-minute drive from Lisbon, the tranquil environment makes it worthwhile for those seeking a break from the city. • Design: The hotel is beautifully designed, with luxurious public areas and comfortable rooms. My room included a pleasant balcony overlooking the golf course, adding to the relaxed ambiance. Areas for Improvement: • Housekeeping: Room cleanliness could be significantly improved. Upon arrival, I noticed dust, hair, and a dirty carpet that became apparent with closer inspection. The bathroom could use more thorough cleaning, especially in removing any buildup on fixtures and seals. Addressing these details would make a noticeable difference. • Maintenance: Some minor repairs are needed. For instance, one of the door hangers was broken, and while the shower had great water pressure, the seals could benefit from a refresh. These small updates would enhance the overall quality of the rooms. • Amenities: The hotel provides two bottles of water daily, but there was one day it was missed. When I asked about it, I was simply directed to drink tap water, which was surprising. A more consistent approach to these amenities would be appreciated. • Breakfast Experience: While the breakfast selection was generally good, the pastries could be of higher quality. Additionally, some items, like the omelet station and honey, were placed at a distance from the main breakfast area. "Tryp is a very nice hotel located near the coast which allows you to go out for nice walks along the pathways by the beach. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice they had a large mirrors on the wardrobe doors thick were very aesthetic and the toilets were clean. The food they serve is also very nice and cooked well I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and it’s somewhere I plan on staying again."

"We arrived in Lisbon one day earlier due to a change of plan, and booked this hotel temporarily. But it felt very good, the parking lot was free and large. The hotel was also relatively quiet. There were several different restaurants downstairs in the hotel. The disadvantage was that it was halfway up the mountain, and it was very convenient for us to drive by ourselves. It would be more troublesome if we took public transportation. And there were few other places to eat around the hotel. The hotel service was very good, and they said that if we went out to play, the car could continue to be parked in their garage for free."
