The oldest building in downtown Lewiston built in 1896. This building was renovated in 2005 when we added living space to the upstairs level which was a store room for the hardware store. We kept the character of the building and transformed the upstairs into a spacious loft. Our loft will be spotless and well sanitized for your stay. We have cooking utensils , dishes ,microwave and a Keurig coffee pot. There is air conditioning, dishwasher, wireless Internet, smart TV with a fire stick. There are two queen beds a new sectional a new La-Z-Boy and a large dining table. Walk down the street to the public beach for East Twin, have coffee at the Pour House across the street, or lunch at Tallies.On Saturdays there is a farmers market across the street. Our cabin is the perfect getaway for anyone who is looking for a relaxing trip. We are situated on a large lot on Big Wolk Lake which is a non-sport lake. We have a nice new deck which is perfect for having meals outside with the family and also have a fire pit for the evening bonfires. We also have a rowboat and a canoe that is available to all guests. We have a full kitchen with all of the essentials needed. We also have a weber grill for your use and have charcoal available. We do have some firewood but ask that if you use an excessive amount you be courteous to the next guest and replace some of it. We have just added a 16x19 addition giving you more space to enjoy yourself. This area has a55” smart tv and a gas fireplace as well. There are also 2 fire pits located on the property one small and one large fire pit for more of your guest to gather and enjoy. We have 6 adult bikes and 1 child bike for your use to enjoy the small town of Lewiston. This 2 bedroom, (1-Room with Queen Bed and the 2nd with a King bed) 1 bath cottage has an additional 3rd room located off the queen with 2 twin beds. The cottage is equipped with all the necessities of home, to include Washer & Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Stocked Kitchen, Linens, Grill, TV in each room, Wifi, Cable, Horse Shoes, Corn Hole, bottle bash, Kan jam, and lots of board games and cards. Enjoy all that Northern Michigan has to offer with plenty of Hiking, Fishing and boating in the area. The Beach (East Twin Lake) is less than 4 mins from the home located off of Kneeland Street. There is also a small drop in at the end of our street used for jet skis, kayaks & canoes. Garland Gulf Resort is less than 7 minutes away, TreeTops Ski and Extreme snow Tubbing is 20 minutes away. Twin Lakes Marina is less than 3 min from the home where you can enjoy your day by renting a pontoon boat, paddle board or kayaks for the entire day at a great price. Lots of ATV, Snow mobile, and biking trails for you to explore. There is also a small town in Lewiston, here you will find a grocery store, banks, gas stations, bait, restaurants, Ice cream shops, and a couple antique shops.
