This condo comfortably sleeps six. Easy access on the ground floor and parking is just outside the unit. Sleeps 6 with 1 king in master and and 2 queens in second bedroom. Pet friendly too! (1 pet allowed)You will also find many extras: basic condiments in the kitchen, laundry supplies, pool towels, a full kitchen with dishwasher; central air; and a fireplace in the living room. We are closer to the beach than most houses in Saugatuck or Douglas and you can walk to the Deli, Root beer barrel and Just add water. The houses were specifically built for large reunions and have large group gathering spaces. Eight matching bedrooms with one queen bed in each room the seventh bedroom the children's crew quarters will sleep four in bunk beds. No dormitory style bedrooms. The Keeper's house is a complete second house with more privacy, a full living room, two (of the eight bedrooms), kitchen and fireplace.The Main house has a dining table with seating for 14 and a large living room which make sure that no one will be left out when gathered around the fire place. The sun porch, library and small office offer more intimate spaces. The fire pit with free wood, outdoor dining area and the private patios all offer great spaces on warm summer nights. This is our family vacation home. New yet warm. Everything was new in 2014. The building has been completely rebuilt with quality materials by a Architect/Builder. The furnishings were specifically selected for the house. The wood ceilings, floors and trim make the house warm. Craftsman style mosaic work, original art and creative details add character and charm.Centrally located between downtown Douglas and Lake Michigan. Shopping, dining and entertainment options are just minutes away. We have parking for six cars in our drive and an additional parking just a short walk away.We only rent the houses as a pair. Adorable cottage small resort with sleeping for up to 16. 3 separate cottages. One large 4 bedroom/3 bath sleeps (10), 2 small cottages next door each sleep (5). Wi-Fi and cable included. CRISP, CLEAN AND PRISTINE!!! Newly-remodeled. Fully-furnished. The cottages are in a row, one large cottage that we call "The Willow", sleeping up to 8 and two small cottages that each sleep up to 4. The Guest Nest" and "The Owl". The Willow cottage has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom one is a suite with one double bed and an attached bath. Bedroom two has one king bed with a bathroom across the hall. Bedrooms three and four are both upstairs, one with 4 twin beds and the other with one double bed and they share a large bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower unit. Kitchens with new appliances, stove/oven, microwave, large refrigerator. Great Location! Private setting in large backyard with picnic tables, gas grills, fire pit. All within walking distance to both Saugatuck and Douglas. This is the perfect place for friends and family to gather. Located on the road that takes you to the beaches, so you will be seeing cars pass by, along with a ton of walkers, bikers, joggers, etc. Great sidewalks for walking. Art galleries and beach shop/bike rentals across the street. We do not allow parties of any sort. Should there be remnants of a party (debris throughout the house, party decor tape on walls, damage, glitter throughout, etc) or even worse, evidence of people getting sick in the house or anywhere on the property, there will be a heavy charge at departure.
