The kitchen is perfect for the home chef with high end appliances. The kitchen opens up into a lovely family room to relax and watch TV. The formal dining room around the corner provides additional space for guests to enjoy meals. Off the foyer is a game room - features a pool table or ping pong table (your choice), a dartboard and 75" TV. Upstairs, you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths - 2 rooms with a king bed, 1 room with a queen bed, and one room with two full beds.**We have central air/heat throughout the house.The Hot Tub: Soak and relax in our private 6-person hot tub. The hot tub is available for use year-round -- enjoy a snowy evening under the stars or treat your muscles after a long day of outdoor adventure.The Grill & Fire Pit: We have a gas grill for our guests to use during their stay. There is also a fire pit out back off of the game room that we welcome our guests to use (responsibly) especially on a cool fall evening! PICK ME! PICK ME! Chip Loves company. This cute little cottage is nestled in between St. Joseph (9 miles south) and South Haven(12 miles north) along the Lake Michigan shoreline. It is one mile south of Roadside park and one mile north of Hagar Park. These public beaches are surprisingly secluded and wooded in what guests have described as a diamond in the rough. There's plenty to do in both directions. We just installed a 3 way mini split heat and air and a new deck in front. We are NOT large enough for parties inside or outside. We have taken great pride and care to create an experience for our guests that will create happy memories of the cottage by the big Lake. Guests' enjoy activities in the surrounding communities for year long adventures.
