All hurricane-related repairs have been completed except for the pool deck and a portion of the siding, which are still scheduled for upcoming work. All other amenities are fully operational.Beach Access: Beach access is open via a sand path.Beaches: Both the public beach and the beach directly in front of the Sunburst Condos are open. The sand in front of the complex has been sifted for a clean, comfortable beach experience.Island Conditions: Manasota Key is still undergoing recovery, and guests visiting in 2025–2026 should expect some construction activity throughout the island.Local Businesses: The Waverly, White Elephant Pub, and Beachcombers Trading Post have reopened.
