Our well is tested annually and you can find our latest report in the back of this book., swinging from the giant tree swing or grilling out! The TV has a fire stick to watch innumerable shows and movies.Garage/Dock Box:-The beach house garage does not fit a large sedan or SUV. (There is parking for two large vehicles on our private driveway alongside the house.) The size of the garage is 14' x 20' and we like to call it the world's largest Dock Box! You'll find all the toys you need for your days on the bay! Several life jackets, two 2-person kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a splash mat you can tie off to the private dock, bicycles, a foosball table, fishing poles, sand toys, bean bag toss (a.k.a. corn hole) and more. There's even a full size fridge and freezer, perfect for storing ice and beverages.
