The room has one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom, with a washing machine and dryer, which is very suitable for family travel. There are pots and dishwashers in the kitchen, so it is very convenient to cook something by yourself. I originally struggled for a long time and wanted to book a hotel near Disney, but when I was traveling by car, I wanted to book a night here to try it out. After I came, I felt good. I stayed for four nights in total. It took about 20 minutes to drive to Disney and half an hour to Sea World. The hotel has shuttle buses to SeaWorld and Disney's Hollywood Park, but the buses are very infrequent. The hotel park is a large golf resort with many buildings and free parking. I will consider this place next time I come to Orlando.

Very good. I like it very much. The price/performance ratio is very high. I will come again if I have the opportunity. The transportation is convenient and clean. It is especially suitable for business trips. I will stay here again next time.

convenient,there is a shuttle bus to disney Universal, but we didn't use it because the round was too early, and we had to go back early. Receptionist is hospitable and gives good advice. Location is very good, you can walk to Walmart CVS or call uber is not expensive, good price

This was my first time at Disney World in Florida, and I stayed here. Due to transportation issues, I arrived in the middle of the night, or rather, at dawn, but I was able to check in smoothly. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to Disney World and Universal Studios. I stayed here for five nights, planning to visit all four Disney World parks on one day each. The 8:40 AM Hollywood Studios flight was convenient, so I booked it every day. There's a reception desk in the lobby, so I used my cell phone translator to make my reservation. The desk was sometimes staffed, so I checked in around 7:30 AM before or after breakfast, and found someone there, so I used that time. They asked me to write down my room number, name, etc. on a note, so I filled it out and handed it over. They then booked my reservation and gave me a receipt. I gave the receipt to the shuttle bus driver and boarded the bus. It's also convenient to travel from Hollywood Studios to Animal Kingdom, Epcot, and Magic Kingdom by Skyliner or bus. Since we had a Park Hopper ticket, the buses to Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom only departed after 10:00, so we spent an hour at Hollywood Studios before heading there. On the way back, we took the 9:30 PM bus from Epcot to the hotel. Breakfast wasn't much, but it was free, so we had it every morning. Scrambled eggs, omelets, sausages, bread, cereal, yogurt, etc. There wasn't a huge selection. Drinks included apple, orange, water, and what was it again? Grapefruit. There was also a simple convenience store next to the reception counter. I was surprised that water was just under 800 yen, but I guess that's to be expected with prices so high... The hotel staff were also very kind. The bed was incredibly comfortable! The bathroom had a bathtub, so it was great to be able to relax! The shower was fixed and didn't move, but the hot water was good. The room was spacious and comfortable!

Location was accessible to eat and shop. Short distances to all the Orlando Disney places. Free parking and a fee for basic breakfast. The room for one person was small but it was very clean and it was a nice layout. It's a kiddy hotel so be aware it can get rowdy. If you plan to just hang around in your room and watch tv... you will be sorely disappointed with their extreme basic channels. News, sports, and American movies in Spanish. Another hotel with unreliable elevators... they don't work. One that does is a hike to another building to get to another building to your room. If you want any service, no one speaks English except one or two at the front desk.

The hotel was recently renovated, with vinyl flooring and new furniture, which is very good for its category. Excellent breakfast, with bread, waffles/pancakes, eggs, bacon/sausage, yogurt, porridge, juice, coffee, and muffins. The breakfast area is small, unfortunately they don't allow you to take food to your room, but you can wait a little while to get a table. A negative point is the cleaning of the rooms. They didn't tell me at check-in that it was done every other day. I don't consider this a problem, but the problem was that on the cleaning days the floor was NEVER cleaned during my entire stay. The towels were changed, but they never left the correct amount for 4 people. They didn't replace shampoo/conditioner. On the first day after the cleaning, I went to the front desk to ask for a towel and shampoo, and to my surprise, they didn't have any. They gave me an extra face towel and two people had to dry themselves with the face towel. I asked for the next two cleaning services in the morning to clean the floor and replace the towels and amenities, as well as to replace the hair dryer that was missing. The attendant Douglas was very kind and said that this would not happen again, but unfortunately the hotel's housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Despite being a budget hotel, I paid for the service and I would not like to have these inconveniences. At check out, the attendant Douglas said that he was unable to refund the $100 deposit paid on my credit card (the only method accepted by the hotel), and that my bank refused. When I arrived in Brazil, I contacted the bank, which said that the problem is with the hotel, which is providing incorrect information for the refund. I have already sent emails to the hotel, which insists that it is correct and that the problem is the bank refusing to allow the hotel to make the refund, and I have not yet received my money. The hotel is no longer responding to the emails sent to me. I would really like to count on Trip's help in resolving this issue, since I purchased the hotel on this platform. In general, the hotel meets my travel profile, as I don't stay at the hotel, but I expected more friendliness from the staff, who, apart from the check-in attendant, the attendant Douglas and the night attendant Harry, who were very helpful, the others at the reception and café that I had contact with were rude, and didn't seem to care about the guests, as if they were doing them a favor by being there.

Hotel was neat and clean with all the amenities mentioned in the booking itinerary.

The resort was ok. However I will never book with trip.com again. I booked for the weekend of 3/18, checkout 3/20. I became very ill and requested my trip be moved to the next weekend, the 25th. They charged me $85, sent me a confirmation email and a check in voucher. I arrived at the resort and was informed I had no reservation. I sat with my family in the car until 10pm when they finally let me pay the 2 days resort fee and the $100 deposit. We got our room and went to bed. The next morning I was told it was fixed , no problem. That afternoon the resort told me I had to pay for my reservation as the payment from trip.com had not been received. I did not have the funds to pay again as I'm on Social Security Disabilty and this was a present for my grandson's 11th birthday. After many calls to trip.com and the front desk they decided to refund my money and I paid the resort when I got home. A totally ruined weekend for my family and I.

The location of this hotel, um, it is still convenient to eat, but you have to have transportation to travel. Well, my room door lock was broken, so it still feels not safe to sleep, because he is an open hotel, but the location from Disney and other places is very good, the service awareness of the service staff is also very good, so overall it is OK.
