We have a dog and a little boy who like to run around and make noise. It is an older home with original wood flooring and not soundproof. You will hear floor creaks and sounds while we are home. This stay is not ideal if you're sensitive to noise.There is no full kitchen, only a kitchenette. It includes: sink, mini refrigerator, microwave and a toaster oven.This space is not ideal for long stays, nor is it ADA sufficient. Ceiling height in basement is 7 feet.This is a fully underground basement apartment.
