This spacious three bedroom 1.5 bathroom sleeps up to 11. In autumn, the lake looks beautiful with the color of the gorgeous fall leaves. Enjoy breathtaking views every night while enjoying a fire in our custom build fire pit. In the winter, you can enjoy ice fishing, duck hunting or take a 45-minute ride to Song or Labrador Mountain for a fantastic skiing experience. The Skaneateles ski mountain is just 15 minutes away. Enjoy outdoor dining and lounge chairs on the patio. The house has 70 feet of clear water for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding directly from the shore of the house. You can use outdoor furniture and toys: Kayak, paddle board, an inflatable dock, outdoor games like corn hole, and many more. We also have two fishing poles and a tubbing float. The public boat lounge is only 5 minutes away if you have a boat. If you want to bring a boat, there's 800-pound mooring to secure your boat, and we also have a dock. A rental agreement and liability must be signed shortly after booking.
