However, our fifth-floor condo offers beautiful views of the ocean through large picture windows.Up to 2 dogs are allowed. They must be supervised at all times and never left alone in the condo. In the loft (no privacy door) there is a queen bed.We are walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants available in Rockaway Beach and the Oregon Coast Scenic Railway runs beside the home as well for any train enthusiasts.After purchasing this duplex in 2021 we have been lovingly updating it as funds and time allows. One half of the duplex is our home and the other unit we have opened up to welcome guests who also love exploring the Oregon Coast and all it has to offer.
