Welcome to our beautiful, centrally-located 3 bedroom home in the heart of Solana Beach! Walk to the beach, shops, popular restaurants and the coastal train station! The pool is heated from Memorial weekend through November 1st and also on holiday weekends.The closest beach is Fletch Cove which is a two minute walk from our front door. There is also a great kids play ground overlooking the beach that children love to visit. Two streets over is everything downtown Solana Beach has to offer, including a plethora of delicious restaurants, our favorite coffee shops, the farmers market on Sundays, our favorite store SoLo on Cedros. Grab a yummy bite of ceviche and a fresh margarita at Alce 101 or for dinner, head to what some have claimed as the best steakhouse in San Diego, Rare Society.
