Welcome to our beautiful, centrally-located 3 bedroom home in the heart of Solana Beach! Walk to the beach, shops, popular restaurants and the coastal train station! Wake up to gorgeous expansive views of the Pacific Ocean every day from the living room, kitchen and private balcony. Lounge on the sofa on the balcony with friends and family, and pull out the BBQ for summer grilling all while watching the whales migrate and the dolphins swim. An AC wall unit is available in primary bedroom and a portable unit that can be used in the guest bedroom downstairs, plus ceiling fans throughout.
