Enter the first floor living room with 2 club cars, leather loveseat and gas fireplace ,dining room with large table seating for 8, breakfast bar seating for 2, brand new kitchen and appliances, opening up to a large family room with comfy sofa, loveseat and oversized chair opening to large outside trek deck.There is also a lovely powder room as well.The second floor consists of 2 bedrooms, one with twin trundle beds sleeping 4, the other an elegant queen wicker sleigh bed and beautiful bathroom with tub/shower and washer dryer. Outside the bathroom is a bright enclave with desk/stool and mirror perfect for doing online work or simply putting on your makeup. The piece de resistance is the third floor master suite featuring a landing with twin size daybed, an entry room with a chair and a half pull out twin sleeper, and slider to an outdoor ,double walk down deck overlooking Long Island Sound outfitted with lounger and chairs offering sun all day. The elegant bathroom features large walk in shower with teak bench and farmhouse lighting over elegant vanity and heat lamp. Enter the huge master bedroom with king size 4 poster bed, elegant velvet settee, armoire with tv and marble top bedside table. Huge closets with bathrobes and two outside decks make it a perfect space to overlook the Long Island Sound or interior marsh. Perfect space, for a group to spread out and not be on top of each other and enjoy the beach across the street or from the many outdoor areas. The house has 3 bedrooms privacy for 6 adults. One of the second floor bedrooms has twin beds with pull out trundles perfect as a kids room or a couple with 2 kids. Not recommended for 8 adults looking for privacy.The house is half of a 5000 sq ft duplex with full time occupants on the other side. This truly is a must see custom renovation villa. Walk down to center of town for coffee at Julie’s Cup O’Joes, breakfast at Cristy’s or Turtle Cafe and dinner at Cafe Routier. Westbrook is truly a special place for special people. NOW RENTING FOR SUMMER On the water, beautiful views of Long Island Sound. The rental is located directly on a private sandy beach with views of Duck Island, and Salt Island. Great sandbars at low tide are perfect for anyone. At low tide you can walk to Salt Island on the sandbars to explore! It is a short walk to town and Waters Edge Resort. In the area there are many great restaurants as well as summer activities. Mystic Seaport , Mystic Aquarium, Essex Steam train, and the Clinton and Westbrook outlets are all a short drive away. The historical Goodspeed Opera House , as well as the Ivoryton Playhouse are available for some terrific shows in the evenings! The rental has a backyard for children to play and a grill for parents to barbeque. There is a large outdoor shower and dressing room for your convenience with hot and cold running water. The front patio features a table and umbrella as well as a scenic view of the beach and water.The rental sleeps 5 maximum. There is a fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms and 1 bath.Bedroom one has a king sized bed. Bedroom 2 has one twin bed, and bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds.You must provide your own linens and towels, we provide the bedspreads. If you would like us to provide the linens, there is an additional fee of $30 per bed/person.Rentals are weekly from Saturday to Saturday from late June to the beginning of September. We will also rent for long weekends in September at a discounted price. Full weeks in June and September are also rented at a discount. Please email me for fee details.
