This two story studio condo lives much larger than a studio. The sleeping loft has one king bed and one single bed on opposite ends. The living area has 16 ft ceilings with large windows. This was my primary residence, and I rent it with all of the luxuries of home, including a fully equipped kitchen with full spice rack, etc. The deck has a seating area and the odds are high that you will see a moose (or a few of them) in the backyard. This upstairs end unit is very quiet and private, despite being very close to great amenities. The dining table seats 7 people comfortably, and the bathroom includes a new washer dryer. The one disclaimer is that tenants will need to be comfortable with stairs. The loft has a very steep flight of stairs up to the sleeping area, as seen in the photos. There is also a flight of covered exterior stairs that comes up to the unit from the parking lot. The twin beds can be combined (at your request) with an insert to form a king bed with a full compliment of king bedding. It provides nice privacy all year round. The entry way has ample coat hangers and cubbies for all of your hats and gloves along with a bench for putting on your shoes or ski boots.
