Anyone who violates this rule, anyone driver under the age of 16 operating the golf cart may be asked to leave the premises without any refund and WILL be fined a $1500 a penalty. Damages and fines will be billed and due no more than 20 days of departure. The cart will be inspected for unusual wear and tear and excessive usage. It is a gas cart which has a delay and uses very little gas. Excessive usage is using more than 1/8 of a tank as its purpose it to facilitate transportation to and from the dock with specific purpose to families traveling with elderly and small children to assist in transporting family and boating supplies. It is a motorized vehicle and should in no way be used as a toy. 11. Please respect the privacy of neighboring properties and refrain from trespassing or causing any disturbances.12. Any violations of the house rules may result in additional charges, loss of security deposit, and/or eviction from the property.13. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old to book.14.
