GGuest UserWe booked this place because of the modern room and it was indeed as clean and modern as we saw on the pictures. Lily is very sweet and accomadating. She assisted us with everything. The breakfast was amazing!! You could choose multiple items and it was delicious. You can also rent motorbikes and they provide free bicycles. Would recommend to stay here if you are in the Ninh Binh area. It is a very good and central location to see al the attractions.

SSerene Methias3~4 May 2026 - 4 Pax 1N Narci Resort Tam Coc. Hotel Manager Jenny sent me a WhatsApp message on 2nd May to welcome us and offered her assistance to arrange for private transport & local tour etc.. Am pleased with the extended service provided by the hotel staff. Since I've yet to find a private driver, she helped to arrange for 2-way transport, pick-up from Hanoi hotel ＞ Narci Resort ＞ Hanoi International Airport (reasonable fees). We arrived at Tam Coc around 1pm, dropped the luggage at the hotel & visited Bai Dinh Pagoda. Checked-in the hotel around 9pm. A modern & beautiful resort opened Feb 2026. To our surprise, our 3x Deluxe Garden Rooms were in different villas & all on level 2 without elevator. My mom age 80 were unhappy as she couldn't climb the stairs & my sisters age 60 & 67 were unhappy that we were separated by different villas. Fortunately, there are 2x Executive Garden Rooms on the ground floor were available but one of the room has smell. So, we decided to pay additional fee for upgrade of 1x Deluxe ＞ 1x Executive + 1x FOC extra bed (3 pax), the other sister stayed the level 2 Deluxe Room. Hotel breakfast spread is good & food is delicious. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel rooms & staff service. Would suggest the hotel to state there is no elevator for Deluxe Garden Room (level 2), so that guests who are unable to climb the stairs will select either the ground floor Executive Garden Room or the Tower Standard Rooms with elevator.

GGuest UserVery clean rooms and all amenities. Girl at the reception desk speak good English and she is so helpful with information and even saw her carrying luggage for the guest. Breakfast is good. Peaceful retreat and close to Tam coc town. You can walk or rent a bike for 40 Dong.
I wish I stayed a bit longer. Plenty of hot water for your showers.

GGuest UserThe owner is genuinely very kind and welcoming, and can communicate well in Mandarin, which made everything so much easier. A hotel that truly cares about guests’ comfort is really hard to find these days, and this place is absolutely one of them. The room is very clean, neat, spacious, and smells fresh. Everything feels well taken care of. Truly the best stay — highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel is located by the road, but the car noise wasn't bothersome, although the windows faced the road. The room was quite cool; only the air conditioning, set to 29 degrees, helped, but it didn't start working immediately. The refrigerator wasn't functional, and the shower water was warm but not hot. Breakfast was good, and the staff was polite. Just a heads-up, the slippers are not disposable.

GGuest UserThe room hygiene is poor, and it cannot be compared with the same level in China. Refer to some ordinary homestays in China. The environment is OK, but there are a lot of mosquitoes. The waiter responded promptly, but when checking out, the room fee was double-calculated. The room fee had been charged on Ctrip, but the store charged it again. Because we spent a lot of money in the store, the bill was very long and it was mixed in and I almost didn't notice it. Later, the store didn't take the initiative to raise it, and we admitted to overcharging after we found out. This is very bad.

MMixPlorerI didn’t expect much about the place in terms of amenities and cleanliness but the kindness, friendliness and care I received from the staff were superb. I was there for pure nature, serenity and magnificent views, and boy I wasn’t disappointed. It’s a property perched in the middle of the iconic rocky mountains of Ninh Binh, surrounded by lush greenery and a small river that even had a little canoe next to my cabin. You can just stay at this property the whole day without doing anything special yet your mind and heart still end up fulfilled. Sit at their small cafe while having some coffee or a plate of authentic local Vietnamese food. Just stare at the rice fields or admire the beauty of the lotus on their pond. Have a bonfire at night while listening to their good-vibe music or ask the staff to play your own.

There is an elevator in the hotel, very convenient when traveling with baggage.You can order food.There is an electric teapot in the room, a mini refrigerator with drinks,,conditioner.It is within 30 minutes walking distance from temples, pagods, and to the nearest 5 minutes, But you can ride around the neighborhood , taking a motif or bike from them. Near the hotel is a chickenhouse whose sensitive sleep I recommend Berushi, so I can't call this place quiet.

LLeandraBeautiful hotel! We stayed here for 2 nights and loved it! The room was relatively new, clean, well designed and even had a balcony! The lady running the little village provided a fantastic service. She woke up early to welcome us, when we came in by bus and even made us a delicious breakfast. When we tried to organize a trip to Trang an, she was very helpful and arranged transportation for us. It was a very nice place to stay and we definitely can recommend to any single, couple or even family traveling!
