"Location is very convenient and easy accessto the beachand walkway, staff are very helpful, reception guys were extraordinary at check-in , weather was a pit clod and windy, not convenient for beach enjoyment. Rooms were good with comfortable living area, pillows can be more comfortable, fixtures a pit dated, one sink was not draining well, noisy humming sound when we flush WC. Breakfast and dinner were good and varied but drinks are not included in dinner, hot pool are for extra cost which was a mandatory for kids in such cold weather."

"Everything was perfect, very good hotel, all the staff, but EVERYTHING was fantastic, super friendly, from the entertainment to the bar. Fantastic buffet, quality food, everything was perfect. IMPORTANT: due to the hotel's proximity to the pine forests, especially at dusk and at night there are mosquitoes, but if you take repellent and use it, they won't come near you. I took mine and we used it and nothing happened. I also recommend an electrical outlet in the room and that's it... mosquitoes, that's a tip. Quiet hotel, super polite staff and guests, and spectacular entertainment both day and night, a luxury. At 12 midnight they cut it off so you can rest, and the same goes for nap time. I recommend it."
