"I searched for accommodation near Kintaikyo Bridge but couldn't find anything, so I asked Sueoka Ryokan for help. When I called ahead before my stay, the owner gave me an unexpected reply, saying, "This isn't the kind of place where a couple would normally stay. Are you sure...?" However, when I made various requests (such as being able to see Kintaikyo Bridge from the room), he kindly agreed. The meals were very ordinary, and as the owner said, not luxurious, but they were made with care, and I was able to relax in the bath. On the day of my stay, it was drizzling when I arrived, but they made sure to reserve a parking space in front of the entrance for me, showing the best hospitality."

"The location is not easy to access unless you have your own transportation. I had two good meals in the hotel in particular the teppanyaki dinner on 22nd December with Dassai Sake. The Chef was very friendly and no tips are required. The sauna or onsen is quite restricted but clean and not busy. In Iwakuni Is worthy to see the bridge and in particular to go up by tram to see the castle with spectacular view."

"During a trip home with two adults and two elementary school children, we stayed in two separate rooms, one for mother and child and the other for father and child. The rooms were clean, the TV was large, and the children had a great time. The restaurant district near the station was convenient, and the nearby parking was also inexpensive and convenient. We were grateful that they found our forgotten item before we even noticed, and even arranged for it to be sent to us."

"Quite near the Kintaikyo Bridge, the hotel offers the best price. It looks old and is actually old but it keeps cleanliness . I chose a Japanese style room which has very narrow toilet and bath room.(only one at this hotel) from which you cannot see the bridge( bridge side rooms are slightly more expensive). I took a common bathroom which is big enough for one person instead of my rooms bathroom. You can lock the door so it is better to use this one."
