"Not a good experience at all. The physical appearance of the exterior of the facility looked inviting. Could barely understand the guy at the front desk due to a language barrier. Got to our room and it reeked immensely of a pine scent that I guess they sprayed all over the carpet because I couldn’t find a room deodorizer of any kind in the room. Couldn’t open the window as it was not made to be opened. Cranked the fan on the AC unit just to get some air movement as our eyes and throats were burning . Thought about asking for a different room but I’m sure it would have smelled the same way, as the hallways also smelled of the same strong fragrance. The bed was hard as a rock and we both tossed and turned most of the night just to wake up to a back ache. Sheets didn’t smell very clean either. Breakfast was okay but the coffee was very weak. Here’s a pic of how dirty the bathroom light switch was. Disgusting… I don’t know how this place had such high ratings before I booked the room. I’m kicking myself in the a$$ now for what I paid and we went through. Avoid at all costs…"

"I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against this facility. Your website indicated that payment was not needed at time of booking and that payment was due to be taken at check-in time. However the confirmation screen indicated the request could not be cancelled or refunded at this hotel. The money was actually charged against my credit card BEFORE the day I was due to check in. This is an UNETHICAL business practice. I am wondering if the Better Business Bureau complaint should have been directed to TRIP.COM. I cancelled the reservation and had to go through the process of disputing the charge with my credit card company. Because of this frustration, I will never book a reservation at this hotel AND I will NEVER, NEVER, EVER use Trip.com. You are both UNETHICAL liars! As far as I am concerned, you can take your trip coins and shove them up your assholes!"

"We stayed at this location going west and then back east across the country. Front desk night staff was very helpful with obtaining extra linens for our room on both stays. Room was clean. No extra toilet paper or tissues in the room. Limited bath toiletries (enough for one person's shower-fortunately one of us had brought extras). Breakfast offerings were mediocre at best-eggs did not taste like real eggs. We would stay at this hotel again while traveling but not if we had to stay more than one night."

"First, I requested on line a two bed room and we did get it but was set up for one king. My card was charged for the room, while online and stated that the card was just to reserve it and we would pay upon arrival. The room only had one mirror, (women need more) and the toilet seat was loose. The shower had something on the floor, don't know what. TV did not work, at least I could not get it to, and the vending machines either were broken or worked only with credit card, not acceptable to us. The breakfast was limited in it's choices and juice machine did not work. We could not get a refund or we might have looked for another place to stay."

"Room 338 was SO hot. Adjusting the thermostat to the lowest setting on AC did not help. The blower ran continuously and was so incredibly loud it gave me a headache and I had to leave and checkout after 3 hours even though my reservation was non refundable :("
