La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Braselton ★★
"We highly recommend this hotel.  We stayed for 3 nights and were more than pleased with the entire experience including friendly, professional staff, clean facilities, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and a well-equipped gym.  The lady at the front desk was very kind & helpful & we enjoyed talking with Joe when we went down for breakfast.  He made sure the food was stocked, coffee was fresh & checked on us while we were eating to make sure everything was ok.  He goes above and beyond and you could tell he enjoys his work and people.  We also appreciated notes left by our housekeeping staff each day welcoming us, wishing us a good day and hoping we were enjoying our stay.  Little touches like that make a big difference!  We will definitely stay at this La Quinta again when we’re back in the area."

Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Braselton, GA ★★★
"I have so many things to say. I am still in shock at how horrible the one night stay at country inn and suites by Radisson in Braselton, Georgia went.  Upon my arrival, I was told that I had to pay $143 dollars for the room. I explained to the person at that desk that I already paid for my room through trip.com at $108. He adamantly said no I didn’t and so I proceeded with payment just because I was completely confused and thought he may be right.  After the payment was taken, I began to question why I had to pay this when I have my receipt that shows I paid $108.  Manager comes in and sees that he charged me on someone else’s reservation. So yes, I did pay twice. And that left me with no money to my name. Now I have to wait 3-5 business days to be refunded.  I asked for a room upgrade for that major inconvenience. Manager said absolutely and upgraded me to a jacuzzi king suite.  When I got to the room. Key would not work. Manager went to try and then informed me that the door lock was not working. She said, if I were to leave the room, it would be unlocked. But that I could lock from the inside for while I was in there.  I didn’t. Have an issue with that, because I didn’t have much tht I brought with me and wasn’t concerned if the door were left unlocked while I was not there.  I spent some time in the room and got ready to leave when I tried to open the door…it wouldn’t unlock. I was locked in my room. I called the desk and he came to try to open and it wouldn’t unlock for him either. I was on the first floor so I asked him to please walk around and help me crawl out of the window. He did. I told him to leave the window open so I could get back in. He asked if I wanted to move rooms. However it was already midnight and that wasn’t something I wanted to do. I declined room change. When I came back , a girl was at the desk. I came in and let her know that I was goin to be crawling in a window. Just so she didn’t think I was breaking in or something. I explained the situation, and this girl just looked at me like I was crazy. I asked if there was any way I could grab a small snack to eat, because I was starving and they took all my money by charging me twice for the room. So I had no way of getting food. She said, with an attitude. “Sorry no. We can’t do that. You’re going to have to wait until breakfast” which was 6 hours away. 🙄  Then I said well alright, well would you mind walking with me to the window because it’s pretty dark. I didn’t want to get hurt or anything bad to happen. She just stared at m with this “ seriously “ kinda of look on her face. Until finally I said, you know what? Never mind I got this  So I turned and left to crawl in the window.  7 am and I wake up. Ready for breakfast. Remembering I have to crawl out the window… I was able to get out, and when I got to breakfast I had a lady offer to help me get in my room. But that didn’t work. She then agreed to walk with me and make sure I didn’t fall or anything. Which I am grateful for.  I am left with many bruises on my body from having to crawl through the window. Which makes me madder than a hornet. I am upset about not having access to any of my money due to their mistake. And I am truly mad that the night time worker was so rude and unwilling to do so mtuch as walk with me right outside for a minute. 😡 You would think. They would want to offer me a comp night stay or something. But no.  Also the bathroom had many long dark hairs attached to walls in shower and to the towels. It was just a very bad experience. I wouldn’t even give them one star if it didn’t make me do at least one.  Highly suggest you do not waste your time or money at this hotel.  * p.S. you guys don’t have to keep my name anonymous. Yall know who I am. *************"

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Braselton ★★★
"We had a signed group contract with this hotel for a large reservation that was booked six months in advance. As our event approached, communication became increasingly inconsistent, and we were repeatedly reassured that everything was fine. Then, at the last minute, the hotel cancelled our entire group reservation without any real explanation. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of professionalism or accountability. Despite having a signed contract, the hotel failed to honor the agreement and never even offered a sincere apology for the disruption it caused. Canceling a group booking this close to the event created a significant logistical problem for our group. We had to scramble to find accommodations on short notice because the hotel simply chose not to uphold its commitment. If you’re planning a group stay or event, I would strongly recommend confirming that your reservation will actually be honored."
