"recently stayed at Eight Willows Retreat, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the peaceful surroundings, nestled in beautiful parklands with stunning views of the lake and forest. The chalet was spacious, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The gourmet kitchen, comfortable king-size bed, and private BBQ on the patio made our stay extra special. It was the perfect balance of luxury and nature. The retreat's location was ideal, with easy access to local wineries, scenic attractions, and walking trails. It truly felt like a secluded getaway while still being close to everything we wanted to explore. The staff were exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a tranquil escape in the Margaret River region, I highly recommend Eight Willows Retreat. "The room is large, well-equipped, and parking is convenient. There is also a tram charging station which is rare in the area. There is a supermarket and a post office next to it, which is very convenient for shopping. I stayed there for two days and didn't see any hotel staff. Self-service check-in and check-out are also convenient. Hotel wifi requires email request, which is the first time I have encountered this. Of course, the email reply is very fast."

"We booked a two-bedroom unit with an upstairs-downstairs layout. The upstairs had the living room, kitchen, and spa room, while the downstairs had two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a toilet. The guest rooms were a bit small, making it hard to fully open luggage. The bathroom was very large, though the sink and mirror were a bit high for shorter people 😅. The kitchen was well-equipped with all sorts of utensils. There's a supermarket a few hundred meters away, so we bought groceries and cooked dinner, which was very comfortable and delicious. The bathtub was huge, and the kids had a great time playing in it. We only stayed one night, and it felt very much like a guesthouse. They contacted us in advance to explain the self check-in process, which was very convenient. There was also a parking space right at the entrance, which was a huge plus."

"We had a most enjoyable stay over 2 nights just before the Easter long weekend. The kitchen facilities were comprehensive and there is even a rice cooker just the right tool as we were cooking rice for our curry that was brought down, there are enough plates and cutleries for up to 8 people. There were also extra pillows and towels if needed and plenty of extra dishwashing tablets, tissue boxes and toilet rolls supplied. Apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dryer too."

"One of the most memorable stays I’ve had. Being surrounded by so much nature, it makes me sad when I had to head back into the city. King bed was comfortable, fireplace was a nice touch. Great place to stargaze as well. Kangaroos were hopping across the property in the morning grazing infront of us. Highly recommended for any couples seeking a romantic getaway. Cleanliness of the floor can be improved, occasional visit by millipedes and moths expected but they usually mind their own business."
