"Quaint, clean hotel located 1.2 km from Janaki temple. One can go to temple for evening stroll .. but autorickshaws are also easily available. The front desk staff and restaurant staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and has all basic amenities. The rooms are very quiet at night for good sleep. All the food that I ordered were v good. Their mithila thali was excellent. I would definitely recommend "

"We were a family of three booked for 26th April we came so early morning at5am due to transport error. The staff are so friendly and welcoming with smile Mr Ranjan so good and gave us room without making us wait until 2pm . We were very happy breakfast was very nice. We left luggage after checkout for further 5hours . Nothing added extra for early checkin . Five Starr service."

"Disappointing stay. Not the Soaltee standard. Except for the taste of the food and the friendliness of a few staff members, the overall experience was quite disappointing compared to other Soaltee properties. There was no one at the gate to receive guests and I had to call someone myself. Basic practices like bag tags were missing and only one ID was requested instead of verifying all guests as is normally done in other Soaltee hotels. The suite room was underwhelming. It felt like an ordinary room that was just slightly bigger. The bathtub had what appeared to be blood type stains and the chairs looked old with black spots all over. The hospitality also felt mechanical. A few staff were polite, but the warmth and genuine smile expected from a brand like Soaltee was missing. Large chains like Soaltee should ensure their properties maintain consistent standards. Otherwise it directly impacts the brand reputation. Honestly, I would think twice before visiting this property again. It feels like the hotel is operating comfortably due to limited competition in Janakpur, though alternatives like Sitasaran exist."

"Being this hotel in janakpur, we found this hotel clean in a proper notch, GREAT CLEAN AREA we tried their special mithila thali set and it was like OMG, great thali 28 items, We also had mithila thali in shantos sah (chef) but it was not good as expected Keep going baba ko dhaba team as are you doing now"
