"My son and I travelled from Edmonton to Jasper and stayed at this inn. We stayed for 2 nights and then drove on to Banff . The room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. The view was unreal. When we had a blizzard, it was like something out of the movies!!
We had to buy tea bags though because they only had rose tea!!
The staff were very polite and it felt very safe. My son used the pool and sauna. He loved it. All in all, a good stay. Thank you."
"Aside from the small beds and dog poop on the grass, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The individual wooden cabins were very charming. The overall environment of the hotel was also very good! There were also various activities available for registration. Satisfied!"
"A room full of surprises!
Facilities: Double surfing spa bathtub, great value. Coffee machine, kettle, electric fan suitable for people from all over the world.
Hygiene: The hotel room is warm and elegant, with its own terrace, clean and tidy. Toiletries are complete and smell good.
Environment: Beautiful environment, convenient travel, with own parking. Restaurant, sauna, swimming pool are well equipped.
Service: The front desk answers all questions, and the room service is timely. The staff is enthusiastic, check-in & check-out are fast and accurate, and the efficiency is very high."
"Overall, a great trip. The hotel service was good. Upon checking in, our room was unfortunately noisy and had a strong petrol smell, but they promptly moved us to a new room. The hotel is a bit of a walk from the town center, but there's a bus stop right outside. The only minor downside was that the swimming pool hours were quite limited, seemingly only open in the evenings."
"Facilities: Quite new
Environment: Very nice, right across from the lake, only snow in winter
Location: There's a supermarket right outside the hotel, what more could you ask for?"
"The hotel is probably one of the best hotels in the town. It is conveniently located in the town center, opposite the train station, Jasper's tourist information center, etc. There are many restaurants and bars within a few steps. The bar downstairs is also good, especially the local Canadian beer brewed with barley and wheat is very delicious. A full cup is less than 8 Canadian dollars, which is worth trying. The room is on the top floor, the 3rd floor, very clean and comfortable. The color of the furniture makes people feel comfortable as soon as they enter the door, with a wooden feel. The room only has a coffee machine that can be used as a kettle, and there is no microwave. The decorations in the lobby and the stairs are good, free parking, and there is an elevator to go upstairs."
"It is a good hotel near Jasper. The hotel faces the Pyramid Lake and the scenery is beautiful, but the facilities in the house are average. The bath water was not hot that night and it could not be washed into a hot bath. It may be concentrated for use."
"The counter staff was very kind, I didn't know English well, I could speak slowly. Be patient, the hotel is clean and tidy as a whole, but unfortunately it was too late to check in, the facilities were not used, and I will choose to stay again next time."
"The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There was a constant hum in the background that was maybe a large fan? The back door security latch was broken as well. Other than that, we enjoyed the underground parking lot and the closeness to downtown Jasper♥️"
