"Everyone who worked here immediately learned our names. They were super friendly and polite. We came at the very end of June and beginning of July which we’re told is the start of slow season. We stayed Monday-Friday and it felt like we almost had the place to ourselves. I heard it gets busier on weekends. We prefer the peace and recommend coming here on weekdays. I had high expectations for the aesthetic and views after seeing pictures but did not expect the food to taste so good especially since it’s much healthier than most resorts. This place far exceeded my expectations and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The only note I would give is that the roads are very steep. My husband and I are young and physically in shape but I’m not sure this is a fantastic place for people with mobility issues, although they do have shuttles that can take you around the resort. For active people looking for good exercise, the trails around the hotel were stunning. Make sure to look at the map they will give you at the front desk. There are lots of different trails at the resort. We saw lots of monkeys. Beautiful resort, worth the trip to Costa Rica! I personally loved the yoga classes and wish I would have gone to all of them."

"Well maintained property with a nice pool and outstanding views. Excellent communication with Allesandro , who was kind and helpful. Peaceful secure area about a 5 minute drive to Atenas. Bungalow was well equipped and comfortable. We chose the one bungalow that has AC in the bedroom and were glad that we did."
