"The hotel's location is convenient for dining and shopping, and there's parking available in the back. I arrived around 7 PM to check in, and the young woman at the front desk asked for a 100 deposit. I mentioned that the booking platform didn't require a deposit, but she insisted, saying it was hotel policy and that all hotels require one. I was speechless. Later, when I returned from dinner, I saw the same front desk girl smoking on the sofa near the elevator. The room size was good and clean, and the facilities were decent. However, the bedding wasn't changed for each guest, and there were no disposable slippers. While the shower water was great, there was no individual Wi-Fi in the room, and the floor's Wi-Fi was a bit slow and laggy. Breakfast, though, deserves high praise; the food was really delicious. The young man at the front desk was polite during check-out in the morning – good job!"
