"Pros: The room facilities were good (except for the fact that half of the window curtains couldn't be closed). The breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, with freshly made wonton wrappers. Cons: The soundproofing was poor; at 5 AM, it was as if the neighbors next door were talking and flushing their toilets as if they were in your own room. There was a female receptionist in white at the front desk who needed some basic etiquette training. Nobody expects you to be overly enthusiastic, but if she's arrogant and speaks loudly to guests, it just makes you think you have some misconceptions about yourself."
