"The tap, shower and toilet water was brown, presumably due to some river flash floods nearby? The service was not friendly, and the AC buzzed heavily every 3 seconds and wasn't really working properly. I am accounting for the price of course, as it was the lowest price on Trip.com and the bathroom was newly renovated, tasteful and clean with complimentary amenities provided. The adjacent market staff were friendly and the choice and prices there were good. It is a 20 minute walk from the passenger terminal with a nice park halfway. It is fine for a few nights. The room was also very light and a good size, but the place was very tired and dingy."
