The sunlight filled the entire room, making every spontaneous photo look like an Instagram-worthy shot. Although the facilities aren't brand new, they are exceptionally well-maintained—the AC is silent, and the hot water pressure is excellent. Plus, there's a snack street right downstairs, which is a dream come true for foodies! For this price, what more could you possibly ask for?"

When we casually mentioned we weren't very familiar with the hotel, a staff member immediately stepped in to introduce its unique features. There's a team here who genuinely love their hotel and are dedicated to it. That's why I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Jincheng. This isn't an advertisement; it's my genuine experience."

"The room rate didn't increase during the holiday, which is a big plus. The environment is excellent, and the underground parking is very convenient with its remote car finder feature. The staff service was truly great. There was a lovely female attendant specifically at the elevator entrance on the first floor of Building 1, who helped me watch my luggage while I checked in. She was also very pretty and gave out small gifts for Dragon Boat Festival, and there was even refreshing herbal tea at the entrance – very nice. The front desk staff at the swimming pool, Wang Ruotong and Li Tiantian, along with lifeguards Jiao Shiya and Wang Keman, were all beautiful and very attentive, taking great care of my children. As for minor drawbacks, one is that the toilet isn't smart; it only has a heating function, and I expected it to have a bidet. Another is that we stayed for two consecutive days and went out, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room without telling us beforehand. Nothing was missing, and they even left a note afterward, but it would have been better if they had informed us in advance. Oh, and the robot coffee wasn't very good. I tend to point out minor flaws, but overall, it was genuinely good, mainly because all the female staff were so attractive. If I come to Jincheng again, I'll definitely stay here."

"I traveled from Taiyuan to Xinxiang Sanpang over the weekend. On Saturday, I planned to visit Situ Town and stay overnight in Jincheng. I researched Fengcheng International, voco, Hilton Garden Inn, and Jincheng Guomao, ultimately choosing Holiday Inn Express. The reasons were: the rooms had 2-meter beds, suitable for families with young children; 300 yuan including breakfast for two was excellent value; the front desk proactively upgraded me to a double room with a balcony; the room had four bottles of water, very generous; the breakfast was good, with a hot pot station offering beef ball instant noodles and rice noodles (not recommended), but the freshly grilled steak was good. Everything else was much better than the Xinxiang Meilun Hotel I stayed at on Saturday. Although the hotel's name is Xincheng (New City), I thought it would be remote, but Jincheng is actually quite small, less than 5 kilometers from the city center, and next to Wanda Plaza, making transportation convenient. The only downside was that the room's refrigerator broke down, so late at night I had to run to the front desk with my fruit and salmon to ask them to put it in the restaurant's refrigerator. Before leaving, I lost one of my room cards, prepared to pay for it, but the front desk said it wasn't necessary—wow, so generous! Very satisfied, I will choose Holiday Inn Express every time I come to Jincheng."

The room is not equipped with humidifier/refrigerator. The air conditioner is very sufficient, but it is too dry if it is turned on overnight. 2. The function on Xiaodu needs to be improved. There is an option to send gifts to guest rooms, but it is not possible at the moment. If you need to send things, you still need to contact the front desk. 3. The water outlet of the sink is somewhat blocked and the basin is too shallow. Every time the faucet is turned on, water will be everywhere on the sink surface. This experience is very unpleasant. 4. Breakfast time is not uniform. Breakfast coupons end at 9 o'clock. Ctrip’s external website will be displayed until 9:30. The sign at the entrance of the restaurant displays until 10 o'clock. One breakfast, three points in time. For this price, the quality and quantity of the breakfast are pretty basic, but there is no fruit in the breakfast, which I don't understand. I asked the receptionist during the meal, but she didn't get any reply. To sum up, the facilities and equipment are slightly insufficient, but the overall cost performance is high. It is recommended to stay!"
