My toothbrush bristles were falling out while I was brushing my teeth… The hot spring wasn't open, and the lobby was practically deserted and dimly lit at night; I almost thought it was closed! Overall, a terrible experience. I stayed here about 10 years ago and had a great experience, but seeing this on Ctrip and immediately catching a cold. I had to change hotels the next day."
