The hotel has complete facilities, the room moving line and space design are very user-friendly, the breakfast is rich in variety, and the living is very comfortable. Tea, drinks and coffee are provided in the lobby. All the service staff are gentle and enthusiastic, efficient, and can feel caring everywhere, and really feel at home. The young man at the front desk was very enthusiastic. He also provided us with restaurant use during off-duty hours. He was intimate and thoughtful, full of human touch, highly recommended!"

"Even women over 30 can have a fantastic solo trip in the Ailao Mountains. Thanks to this hotel and its amazing butler and staff! My first check-in was during dinner time, and my butler, Ms. Yan Guangyu, meticulously explained all the room's amenities and kept track of my needs via WeChat, providing timely assistance. The pickled bamboo shoot fish at the cliffside restaurant was incredibly delicious—highly recommended! I ate the whole fish. After dinner, I met up with Ms. Bao at the experience center for a night exploration. Surprisingly, our night exploration instructor was a beautiful woman! Since it was the off-season and I was alone, it turned into a girls' party. Imagine how pleasant it would be for two girls to explore the Ailao Mountains at night with headlamps! There were no boys hunting insects; the scene was incredibly peaceful and beautiful. Ms. Bao led me to find over ten kinds of insects, species usually only seen in zoos, readily available even on the paths below the hotel rooms—a delight for insect lovers! Later, we went to the reptile house. I, the lizard man, was ecstatic, petting the lizards for an hour. The instructor took photos and explained things to me the whole time. Her explanations weren't just reading from a book; they were all interesting anecdotes and personal reflections. We felt like best friends chatting about our understanding of plants, animals, and life in the mountains. The entire nighttime exploration lasted a full two hours. The next day, after breakfast, Teacher Bao took me to the reptile house again to visit the animal rescue area. The zookeeper's eyes were full of love when he looked at the animals. I asked him if he would get angry when they bit him, and he laughed and said, "Of course not, they don't do it on purpose." The whole trip felt like a baptism of life. I'm so grateful to the Gibbon Hotel for giving me such a new life experience at the age of thirty ❤️ It's incredible that such an experience was included in the room rate. Before too many people find out, I want to secretly come back a few more times!"
