"Do NOT stay at his house! Do NOT stay at his house! Do NOT stay at his house! I can't stress this enough! We stayed at his house on the third day of the ***** New Year. The reviews were good, and we even won a lucky draw with a bridal bouquet upon arrival. But unfortunately, things went wrong the very next day. When we went for breakfast the next morning, the food was cold. Considering we had another stop to visit, we just ate a bite at 9:20 am. At 10:40 am, I started experiencing stomach problems, vomiting and having diarrhea. My two travel companions also had nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. One of them had eaten less and his symptoms were milder, while the other and I had much more severe symptoms. Since we were still going to the Grand Canyon, we just took some stomach medicine and continued our journey. By noon, we couldn't take it anymore and went to the local clinic for IV drips. We were on the drip for three hours! We still have fevers! The doctor said it was bacterial gastroenteritis from eating the wrong thing. We didn't eat anything else all day because we were feeling so unwell. When we contacted Ctrip to reach this hotel, they were uncooperative and offered no feedback. They even claimed their employees ate the same food and had no problems, while the doctor said our symptoms were indeed ****, and all of us in their group experienced varying degrees of discomfort, forcing us to end our trip prematurely. Everyone makes mistakes, but food safety is paramount. If they can't even keep the food clean, what about the hygiene of the accommodations? I don't understand how they got such good reviews. The business's handling of the situation is extremely disheartening, while Ctrip has been actively assisting with communication. We all stay at this hotel because we're traveling. Please, never stay at this hotel! They can't even guarantee food safety, made a mistake, and show no remorse or willingness to shirk responsibility. How long can they stay in business like this? We are in our thirties; what if it were a three or four-year-old child? The consequences would be unimaginable! To this day, I haven't received a call of sympathy from the hotel, which speaks volumes about how terrible they are! Furthermore, I request that Ctrip remove their 3-star recommendation! Don't erode the trust of our loyal customers!"
