"I've stayed at your place three or four times, and this was the worst one. 1. I've never seen a room get a reverse upgrade before. The machine showed a room with an exterior window, but your staff used their phones to switch me to a room with an interior window. Did they think I couldn't see it? I don't understand this. Platinum members have no benefits now? At other hotels, I get room upgrades, but here it's a reverse upgrade. 2. My takeout arrived more than ten minutes ago downstairs, but I had to go down and pick it up myself. Your staff said the robot had just returned and was about to deliver it. When I came down, the robot was still charging, and I didn't see your staff go that way. If they had just come down, they should have gone that way. The security guard was just playing on his phone and didn't do anything. I won't choose your place again. I only chose you because of the "Zhonghua Zhuhui" brand; otherwise, I wouldn't have stayed here."

"The photos online are distorted and stretched; the room felt smaller in reality, and the facilities were outdated. Luckily, I only cared about a good night's rest, so the equipment wasn't a huge concern. Crown Garden and City Crown are two separate buildings. Perhaps 'Crown Garden' is better? However, you can check in at either, so guests might have a bit of a walk. I booked a king room for 220, and it included breakfast for one person, which was quite odd. My brother also booked the same hotel online, a twin room for two people, and it also only came with one breakfast, but his price was just over 180. The room layouts were pretty similar. For those who are price-sensitive, in Jurong, you don't need to pay attention to the 'Crown' name; most prices are under 200. I wanted a better rest this time, so I chose the Crown for over 200, but after staying, I didn't get the rest I wanted. There were mosquitoes biting me in the middle of the night, possibly flying in from the hallway when the door opened. Just bad luck, I can't blame the hotel. For a hotel with the 'Crown' name, this price is still quite a bargain."

"The hotel service was first-class. Before check-in, the butler, Xiao Chen, proactively contacted us to inform us of various precautions and activity arrangements. During check-in, Xiao Chen thoughtfully helped us choose a room with a good lake view. The staff were warm and friendly, making us feel right at home. The swimming pool was very comfortable, and the children's pool had warm water, which was great for kids to soak in. The arranged farm picking and rice cake making activities were also very fun and suitable for bringing children."

"Pros: The hotel's location is close to scenic spots. The room was a bit small, but the cleanliness and environment were good. We received complimentary Maoshan scenic area tickets and bus passes upon check-in. In the evening, there was a private hot spring available for soaking. Breakfast was rich and varied. Overall, it offers good value for money. Cons: There weren't enough front desk staff, so check-in was slow when it was busy. Even though check-in was at 3 PM, some rooms weren't ready yet. There were people holding an event and singing on the lawn at 9:30 PM, which seriously disturbed guests' rest. The bathroom had an open design with no door, which could be awkward for two people who aren't very familiar with each other."

"The environment is very good, the handsome guy at the front desk is very enthusiastic, there is a hot spring in the hotel, because it is late, did not come and experience, close to the ** like and Chongxu Wanshou Palace, it is recommended"
Zhenjiang Jurong Hantian Langyue Star Hotel (Baohuashan Scenic Area)
"The hotel environment is very good, just inside the mountain. There are several rooms in each villa. The room is large and the hotel has upgraded the room type. Qian Hui at the front desk provided great service. He called us in advance to remind us of the road construction outside the scenic area and asked us to pay attention to safety. He also responded to our requests during our stay! The hotel is very close to Qianhua Ancient Village, and it is very convenient to walk and drive. Qianhua Ancient Village is free after 5 pm, but there is not much to see at night. It is recommended to drive to the evening show, as there are no lights on the way back. You still have to climb Baohua Mountain during the day."

There was a free bathroom on the second floor, as well as a place to hang clothes. It was very convenient and a great choice for travel or business. The first floor was the reception, the second floor was the bathroom, the third floor was the foot bath and massage, and there was hot water for rest. The fourth floor was the bathroom and private room."
