"Zambia has become my second home and Lilayi Lodge is an important part of that. Even upon arrival, it feels like coming home. The staff io so friendly, helpful and lovely. The room and the food are simply fantastic and the very best of all are the walking trails where you can encounter animals of all sizes and immerse yourself completely in nature. I'm already looking forward to my next visit."

"I recently stayed at Tiffany’s Canyon Lodge, and it was honestly one of the worst lodging experiences I’ve had in Lusaka. Our room wasn’t ready even an hour after check-in time (1 p.m.), which I let slide — but the problems just kept piling up. Loud music from the beach area blared all afternoon until 7 p.m., completely ruining the peaceful atmosphere I expected from a supposed “getaway.” I can only imagine how frustrated the wedding party downstairs must have been trying to exchange vows over Yo Maps and Chanda Na Kay. The electricity was on and off the whole day. Despite being assured they had both solar and generator backup, the power went out completely at 11 p.m. and never came back. The heat was unbearable, there were no mosquito nets or repellents, and we had to leave at midnight to find somewhere else to sleep. The food was subpar — lipstick-stained glasses, rice that looked like wedding leftovers, and a breakfast buffet with cheap eggs and diluted Mazoe and Fruitree juice (yes, even the Fruitree was watered down). To top it off, when I raised these issues the next morning, the staff chose to argue rather than apologize. In summary: If you are looking for loud music, stifling heat, swarming mosquitoes, and management that misrepresents their facilities, Tiffany's is your place. If you're looking for R&R, run far away. For a place that charges K1,700–K2,250 per night, this was a shocking experience. I wouldn’t recommend Tiffany’s Canyon Lodge to anyone seeking rest, reliability, or professionalism."

"We spent 1 night at Lilayi Lodge near Lusaka at the very start of a three-week trip, and it was a wonderful beginning to our Zambian adventure. The accommodations were excellent, the food was wonderful, and the staff were genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. We had a beautiful early morning breakfast in the bush. After arriving, it was exactly the relaxing, restful introduction we needed before setting off on the rest of our journey. We’d happily return and highly recommend it to anyone passing through the area."

"We finally visited the new Tiffany's Canyon waterpark, it was well worth the trip. We were part of a large group, and the highlight of the day was the food from the cafe; It was fresh, fast, healthy and delicious. The staff was also very friendly. The kids pool was wonderful, trained lifeguards were there to look after the kids, so we could relax with cold drinks from the bar. The slides for grownups were very fast and exciting. And the view of the lake is amazing. The one complaint is that the bathrooms were quite far from the action."
