Smile Hotel Kakegawa ★★★
"It was very close to the station and convenient, but on the comforter, the sheets were rough for some reason, and if you don't sleep, you feel uncomfortable? Is there any laundry detergent powder left? 😅"
Hotel Dormy Inn Express Kakegawa ★★★
"The bathroom and bedroom are separated by a sliding door, making it quiet and comfortable."
HOTEL LiVEMAX Kakegawa-Ekimae ★★★
"The hotel front desk speaks fluent English, which makes communication very convenient. The location is close to the JR station, which is very convenient for going out."
Kakegawa Station Hotel ★★★
"Good location to small room light is not bright"
Hotel Route-Inn Kakegawa Inter ★★★
"The breakfast was quite good. The staff at the venue were very hardworking, cheerful, and delicious. The bathroom had two washing areas. It was very narrow, right next to the bathtub. When two people were washing, the new person had to wait outside the bathroom."
Kakegawa Grand Hotel ★★★★
"This is the hotel I always use when I go on business trips to Sujioka. It was the best choice compared to nearby hotels in terms of location and facilities. Thank you."
Kuretake-Inn Kakegawa ★★★
"The hotel is located next to Kakegawa Station. It only takes 3 minutes to walk. The air conditioning system is central air conditioning. The temperature can only be adjusted to large, medium and small. Unable to set the temperature yourself. No smoke smell. The buffet style breakfast is all you can eat. What makes it special is that they serve beer."
Palace Hotel Kakegawa ★★
"The large public bath is nice."
Tsumagoi Resort Sai No Sato ★★★★
"We stayed in a deluxe room in the South Wing as a family of three with an elementary school child. The exterior and interior had the atmosphere of an old-fashioned resort from the Showa era, but if you don't mind that, I think it's a great place. The room was very spacious, with four beds and a sofa set, so we were able to relax comfortably. The windows were large and open. The place was cleaned well, but the furniture was old and the atmosphere was far from that of a resort. We used the hot spring facility "Shinrin no Yu" on the premises. There were many small baths both indoors and outdoors, which we enjoyed. However, they also offer day-use bathing, so it was quite crowded and we didn't feel like we could relax very much. The food was buffet style, and the selection was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. It's amazing that you can eat all you want of crab and eel. However, you should not expect too much from the taste of the eel, regardless of the crab. There are many other delicious dishes besides crab and eel, and we couldn't try them all in one night. I don't think you'll get bored even if you stay for several nights. Tsumagoi Resort offers a wide range of activities, including horse riding, treasure hunting, and kick scooter rentals, which the kids loved. The site was large, so we were glad we rented a cart to get around. It was a very fun resort for kids, but for adults it was a bit old-fashioned with a Showa-era feel. However, the price was very reasonable (just under 30,000 yen for a family of three with two meals), so for the price and the variety of activities, it's definitely 5 stars."

Taharaya Ryokan
"They had snacks available for guests to eat freely, and I really appreciated their thoughtful touches!"
Masagokan
"Beautiful traditional ryokan with an onsen bath and gorgeous food. Quiet and nestled in a peaceful valley. The hospitality was amazing - they truly thought of everything. With modern translators on phones, foreigners should not be worried at all about coming here and not being able to communicate. Come and enjoy real Japanese care!"
