"I was searching for a hotel for Karabük district where I was going to travel. I was looking for a few hotels that addressed me while checking the hotels. I was searching for the last KANION VALDI hotel. But the phone was opened as *Alo, Rest By Dedeman, please *. I thought I had done the wrong key first and I stopped the call saying * I'm sorry I made the wrong call *. I started searching for information about the contact information by writing a Canyon Valley hotel to confirm Google's calls again and the phone was opened again with the name Rest By Dedeman. I thought you were joking with me now. Because while calling for the Canyon Valley hotel, I found the rest by Dedeman hotel's number-complication irrelevant, then I heard a few more people who lived the same problem. We have been contacted with you on a customer complaint and on a few of the same situations, which was seen above as receptionist. How can it be when a website and communications information that belongs to us be made to another person where the call should be made? We did not believe that this could not be the case at first, but we saw it clearly as we were advocating for the increasing customer's deprivation. The opposite side is making its own advertising over us, and the rest by Dedeman who wants to come to Karabük province as a Canyon Valley hotel is going to them. Therefore we lose guests. They tie our customers to them"
