"I stayed at Aston Karimun from 20 April to 23 April 2026, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the room service. One evening, I ordered dinner and waited for almost two hours for the food to arrive. After following up multiple times, I was simply told that they were busy. Even after such a long wait, the food was still not delivered. This level of service is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide quality hospitality. I was also disappointed with the way my messages and inquiries were handled. Responses were slow, lacked urgency, and did not provide any real solution to the problem. Instead of taking responsibility and updating me properly, the staff repeatedly used being “busy” as an excuse. As a paying guest, I expected better communication and customer service. Waiting two hours for dinner and still not receiving it completely ruined the evening and left a very negative impression of the hotel. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves both their room service operations and customer communication. Based on my stay from 20–23 April 2026, I cannot recommend this hotel."

"My room number was 202 Below were the defective items: 1. Shower water heater sprinkler was not proper function. 2. Toilet bowl water tank was shaking and water seeping out. 3. Clothing cabinet hanger bar not firm, dropping easily. 4. Wifi VERY weak, inside the room unable to connect, must go outside corridor. 5. Hand washing sink water tap function defectively."
