"Waste of money. Overpriced for no single reason. Their rooms are very small. Service in the restaurant very very slow, they ruined my evening.. we had to wait 20 mins for every single canned drink while the bar was just attached to the restaurant. Restaurant manager (sakshi and Tejas) absolutely careless and useless.. they don’t even bother if customers waiting on table and idle for hour..billing also took almost 30mins. Food was crap.. no taste at all. Inhad asked them to fix the dish i ordered, and they served me again same dish with no taste. I don’t know why people giving 4/5 ratings, probably they asking everyone one to rate while checking out. I booked this seeing the ratings, I request people to refuse rating for such poor property as it’s misleading and can ruin one’s holiday."

"Our stay at **Paramount Riverfront Resort & Spa** was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and a peaceful atmosphere. The resort is surrounded by nature — calm river views, lush greenery, and beautifully maintained gardens that make you feel instantly relaxed. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We loved waking up to the sound of birds and enjoying our morning tea by the riverside. Every corner of the resort is picture-perfect — ideal for quiet walks, family time, and capturing beautiful memories. A very **special thanks to Chef Narendra Bisht**, who made our stay truly unforgettable. He personally checked on us during every meal and prepared some of the **best Chinese food we’ve ever had!** Every dish was perfectly balanced in flavor, beautifully presented, and made with so much care. Chef Bisht’s kindness and hospitality added a very personal touch — we’re so grateful for his warmth and dedication. We left with full hearts (and full stomachs 😊). "We stayed at the property (19 June 2026 to 21 June 2026) - 6 people and three rooms (E block 101,102,103) . We were three couples staying with our infants/ toddlers. Room experience: In room 103, at 1 AM at night, we found a rat/mouse crawling over us. Next day, in room 102, a rat came out of the AC duct. Further, cleanliness of rooms is very average. There is considerable amount of dust, hair, etc below the beds and in washrooms. This shows the level of cleanliness maintained by the property. The rooms were changed but we have really lost confidence in safety and cleanliness. If the rooms are like this we cannot even imagine the status of kitchen, restaurant and common areas. Location: location of the property is very average. The climate is same as Pune and overall no scenic surroundings. Good for offsite / functions probably. Cannot be recommended for holiday stays. Service: service was okay overall. However resort was not able to manage breakfast crowd and wait time/crowding at live counters was common. Staff was very reluctant to put luggage from room to car during checkout. Food: average to good. Nothing to go gaga about. Also the chef keeps pestering to give Google review while you are having food. Facilities: very basic. Big pool is the only highlight and the same seems small if the resort is full. Activities: resort arranged magic shows, live music, mimicry, dj night etc .. again - very subjective. Enjoyed a few of these. Also if the events are going on in the resort, you’ll surely get disturbed in your room because of the loud sound. Events go on until midnight. Conclusion: Its not like the property is cheap. Paid almost 9K per room per night. It will be difficult for all of us to revisit the property and recommend it further to our friends and family, especially because of the rat and room cleanliness issues. This cannot be a property for a holiday and relaxation."

"Had a really peaceful and refreshing stay at this resort. The first thing that stands out is the beautiful greenery all around the entire property feels calm, fresh, and very well maintained. Perfect place to relax away from the city rush. The rooms were honestly the highlight of the stay. Very clean, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The ambience inside the rooms felt cozy yet premium, and the large windows/views made the whole experience even better. Everything was neatly maintained and the stay felt very comfortable throughout. Another major USP of this resort is the food. The meals were delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Every dish felt homely yet high quality, and the service was warm and attentive. Overall, a wonderful experience with great rooms, peaceful greenery, and amazing food. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again and recommend to others looking for a relaxing getaway."
