"Since Hilton does not have a way to submit reviews on their website I had to come here. The hotel is fine, however I based my stay on the fact that in all the pictures they show ethernet jacks in the rooms. This matters to me because it makes it easier to use my work laptop, for reasons I don't understand the company has weird proxy settings. Doesn't matter because the ethernet jacks are not connected. There are jacks in every room but the hotel has made the decision to not have any of them connected. So now I'm stuck here for a week dealing with crappy wifi."

"If you want to eat Breakfast, do NOT go to this hotel. We stayed in December 2023 and the man, in charge of the breakfast, was very rude. We went down and there was nothing left, except about 3 items. Waffle Batter was out also. When asked, he said that he was not putting anything else out. This was about 8:00 am. We thought maybe this was a fluke, so, on our way back through in January 2024, we stayed, again, for 1-night. Went to Breakfast; pictures are time stamped at 8:41 am. The breakfast person, Susan, was sitting outside in the foyer, playing on her phone. The pictures show you what food was left, which was 1-fried egg, 2-pieces of bread and small pastry. I asked her if she was going to restock and she was very nasty, told me to eat waffles and even more nasty, said, "what else do you even want?". I told her she was rude and asked her name. This is the same as it was in Dec 2023, but, it was a man then. This means management of the hotel is telling them to not put food out. That is part of what we pay for, a breakfast, so, we went and spent money to eat breakfast at a restaurant. The man in Dec and Susan in Jan. were both very rude. No Food either time. Management is doing this. I did not even bother to contact the management at the hotel, because, we realized that management is telling them to not put food out. The Breakfast is part of what we pay for at Best Western, so, it is unacceptable that management, is clearly, telling them to not put food out. I told Susan that I was going to make a complaint, and, so, it is very very funny, because, on Google Reviews, right after I left, someone put up a review of how awesome she is. I appreciate that a friend is trying to cover for her, but, I don’t think she realizes, that, I have photos."

"Very clean and comfortable rooms. Service was great. Easy check in/out. Coffee pot was leaking but was replaced within minutes of calling. Housekeeping was friendly and helpful. Grounds are well kept and clean. I would definitely stay again and recommend."

"****WARNING - DO NOT TRUST THE STAFF**** Noisy house keepers when you are trying to sleep. After asking them to be quiet they tell their manager I cussed them out. I talked to what I believe was the assistant manager and she didn’t care what I had to say. I asked for a review to clear my name at work since they have audio and video at this facility. They failed to review this and I was fired from my job because of this. DO NOT TRUST THE STAFF HERE….I will send the report and audio to anyone who really wants to see a full detail of events and how customers are treated here. I contacted IHG customer service and they said the “manager” said I was the problem. If they did a review as I had asked they would clearly see I was not. Customer service has really gone down to nothing these days….. really sad"
